  1. Wasn't it mentioned on here by someone that Tuchel was going on a 6 month sabbatical?
  2. Are there any other sources apart from a random Sky reporter?
  3. I hope people will now stop quoting the bookies' odds. They mean FA.
  4. Meltdown time
  5. Ranieri just got a job at Nantes! Sloppy indeed. Wilson mentions "other German options". Who's that guy in his 20s?
  6. Hahahahaha Crook, only a few minutes ago, said "expect a quick appointment" Wilson: "no decision is likely within the next week"
  7. Classless. J Rod is crap anyway, had an opportunity to step up when Austin got injured and failed miserably. Hope he and his brother enjoy West Brom.
  8. Let's get Kenny Jackett in as the new assistant manager. Financially, we could if we wanted to. It'd be worth it for the meltdown on the other side of Hampshire.
  9. Alex Crook is suggesting that us announcing it at 10pm is an attempt to stuff the media
  10. Black only got the job because he could speak French! So can I, where do I apply for the assistant manager's job? Unfortunately I can't speak German though, so no place for me in Tuchel's team
  11. Yup, I agree with this. Everyone else would be a let down. There's no way we'll go for Pellegrini, he does not fit us at all. And he'd be an underwhelming appointment.
  12. I think in time Puel will go on to prove himself. He'll go back to France probably, regain his reputation. Perhaps he'll then end up at a Champions League team, someone like Anderlecht or Basel perhaps. I will wish him well in his future endeavours. Eric Black can go though.
  13. As many of who are aware, I still would have preferred to keep Puel. However, if the club have someone else better lined up, then it's a decision I will support. I think there's only one person who would fit that criteria, and that's Thomas Tuchel. Pellegrini, Sherwood, whoever else available would be a backwards step.
  14. Last year, it was early July. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/10466577/premier-league-fixtures-live-on-sky-sports-first-set-of-201617-games-announced
  15. Our worst case scenario is 8th. Not too bad.
  16. The home games against Everton and Arsenal will be moved to the Sunday or Monday, as they have Europa League on the Thursday before that (Arsenal definitely, Everton if they make it to the group stage) The away games also clash with Europa League knockout games, so they might also be moved to the Sunday if either of those teams make it far enough.
  17. After their recent performances at Wembley, I am all for Spurs playing there. It's a neutral venue - Spurs have no home games this season, and every team will go there and raise their game. They'll suffer this season IMO. (when I mean suffer, I mean they'll finish no higher than 4th).
  18. I don't think the Second Round has ever been regionalised
  19. November and December
  20. The standard 10% I imagine.
  21. Caption competition anyone?
  22. I think I read somewhere that if the same people who voted last week were to vote in an EU referendum, remain would win by over 3 million votes.
  23. There's a guy on youtube who has posted a whole load of Saints matches from the past. I think he may be (or was) a poster on here https://www.youtube.com/user/LatviasMichaelOwen/videos
  24. Les Reed has often spoken about making the next step to the Champions League. If we are remotely serious about that ambition, then we will go for Tuchel, and Tuchel will happily agree to join us.
