I was really frustrated with the attitude of the crowd to Guly last night. Yes, not his best game. But his link up play was still quality, and he worked hard tracking back etc. The reaction to when he misplaces a pass or loses the ball compared to anyone else is disgraceful. The guy is class and despite not at his best, still got us back in the game. When Lambert misplaces a pass it's, "unlucky", Guly - massive collective groan and a minute of slagging him off. I don't understand the constant criticism? Some people around me were relentless. I heard him called "****", "usless", "waste of space" etc. Do people really think that? I would suggest they understand very little of the dynamics of the game if they do. Sorry to rant, but felt the reaction to him last night was considerably unfair, and did not constitute "support" in anyway.

That is possible of course, but the main issues seems to be that some fans criticise him even when he has played well. There were some on twitter criticising him for Saturday's game!!!!!
