  1. You can have twitter updates on automatic which works(why anyone would want that though, I have no idea) but if you put it on to manual update. The "Post to Twitter" button isn't there.
  2. Does this patch fix the twitter issue with Mac?
  3. Did you realise he was there at the time?
  4. The guy a couple of rows in front of him looks a bit like a younger Nick Illingsworth. Coincidence? Definitely.
  5. Has to be the guy in the cap, but doesn't really look like him!
  6. ....according to SolentSport and Official Saints twitter.... In this photo apparently:- I wonder what he made of the banter.....
  7. This. People are making out like the club did nothing, which isn't the case at all. Would it have hurt them to have a silence/applause last night? No. But they have been involved in other tributes.
  8. Decided to make the phenomenon that is Puncheon, my latest blog subject! http://georgeweahscousin.com/2011/03/08/puncheon-below-is-weight/
  9. The ultimate **** take is that the guy gets £800 a month benefits, so he isn't even paying the fine himself!
  10. Signed. What possible reason would an employer have for this?
  11. Good work fellas! Looks like I won't be the only one in a Saints shirt then! Wish I had known about this before I entered!
  12. Just to be clear, I wasn't saying Butterfield hasn't been good, but that if we are playing 4-4-2, a more defensive right back, which for me Richardson certainly is, would be better. Butterfield would be better in a 5-4-1. It just shows how different peoples opinions can be though, for me Butterfield looks like the weak link in a back four, but good going forward, certainly better distribution than Richardson.
  13. ...should be starting at Right Back. Defensively better, which is important if we are playing 4-4-2!
  14. Lee was definitely a Saints fan growing up, but has no Saints related tattoos as far as I am aware. I believe he was made to strip in a the toilets of a Pompey nightclub to check for tattoos!
  15. Brighton should be bigger than they are. Massive catchment area. Own county to themselves! Would be interesting to see how they fared attendance wise in the Prem with their new stadium.
  16. Just got back from Edinburgh, there was obviously an Old Firm game on at the time. What amazed me was how much more popular the Old Firm teams are in the Scottish capital than Hearts and Hibs, but came to the conclusion that Edinburgh is more of a rugby town! http://georgeweahscousin.com/2011/03/06/edinburghs-dirty-secrets/
  17. I think we would be in a pretty similar place under Pardew, or perhaps slightly worse, we are doing better away from home under Adkins.
  18. R.I.P Dean. Probably my favourite ever Saints defender.
  19. Nope! We played them twice in that the season 1993/94, the second game being a 2-1 defeat and the first of the five! Cheers mate.
  20. ....seeing as we are playing Swindon today, I had a look at Bogey teams in my new blog post! http://georgeweahscousin.com/2011/02/26/fungus-the-bogey-team/
  21. ....if he is available, we should be looking. Would be an amazing signing.
  22. Been really interesting doing this blog. Wasn't aware of Shiner, so thanks for that, and been pointed out by a mate, that former Villa midfielder Gareth Williams was from the Island. Also ashamed to admit, I didn't realise our own Aaron Martin was too!
  23. Cheers fellas. Gary Rowett wasn't really an Islander, but did attend Cowes high in his teens. Good point on the refs. Maybe I will do a follow up article!
  24. ...might find this interesting. My take on Islanders going pro. http://georgeweahscousin.com/2011/02/21/the-kids-are-all-wight/
  25. 2.48 miles in 23 minutes. Pace up to 9:17. Felt a lot better, and a lot more confident!
