Its a tricky one. Personally, I think its unecessary to be rude to them. At least they are off their arses, trying to earn a living, and not sitting on them at home claming benefits. And it isnt an easy way to earn a living either. But if you really have a sign up saying no cold calling, I have more sympathy for being rude in this case.

Nobody stepped up to the plate and made a claim for a league starting spot or convincing argument that they could fill in for the first choice when injured, and NA didnt use the opportunity to attempt some sort of away match psychological acclimatisation/build-up, as preparation for away league matches.
