Thanks for the secondary back-up spin, Rupert. FFS, some people are bending over backwards to hoover up the words of their Messiah.
-
Right so the best approach when they consider they might want to return is to slag them off and tell them to "F*ck right off", is it ??
-
Hello, anyone home ? They are still registered to us and two of those 3 strikers are back in 4 weeks. Which means they will probably be available for selection before Killer, who has been included in some people's best elevens
-
Yes, really.
-
Why so ? I received a huge amount of abuse from NickG about 6 weeks ago for predicting that Killer was finished. You can hardly expect me to keep schtum when he keeps making judgements when actually he talks bolllocks
-
Well, if Saga and Stern have done soooo shiit as Saint Charlie and Washsaint claim, they will be available for selection before the likes of Killer and Wayne Thomas, so that makes them Saints players in my book.
-
He's from Lordswood. 'Nuff said.....

Not only have we drawn the chance to show what our splendid youth policy can do against the best team in Europe on paper, but the "Get behind the team, FFS" contingent of Lowe Luv...er...Saints fans have completely thrown away their self-endowed moral superiority and completely shattered their disingenous claim to only care about the financial survival of Southampton Football Club with their completely unsolicited attacks on a significant fraction of the supporter base in response to said draw. For me, this is the thin end of the wedge. Todays events confirm that the supporter base is totally divided from top-to-bottom, and neither side is completely moral or rational in its actions. How is our club supposed to survive this level of acrimony and shiiit ???

hehehehehe

Wow, what a rebuttal...
-
Strange, I thought we held the registrations to all three still. Unless the FA sneaked in a law change that is How's Skacel doing for his new club following the loan to Herta Berlin ? Oh......
-
Yep, that's right, but at least my predictions for a team I supposedly dont care about seem to come true more often than those of Ueber-Fans like you. How is Killer, btw ???
-
Here is one of the prime lecturers of the "Get behind the team FFS" philosophy showing his true colours. You make me laugh, you pathetic dweeb.
-
Yes, and I must have missed his name on the team sheet for the first 15-odd games. Oh.....
-
Holmes, Rasiak, Saga.
-
So why the drivel from Washsaint then ?
-
I have NO problem with people that have gone regularly this season without an ST being given priority through the database, OR with a ticket bundle or voucher system for December with the FA Cup ticket. This would be completely fair. However, I still suspect there would be in the region of 8-10K for general sale avaliable. Why shouldnt opportunists give their money to the club for them ? My entire point on this thread has been about the immediate abuse of stay-aways that this news provoked from the usual ueber-fan suspects. Waiting for Illingsworths views tomorrow on his snot-rag of a site......
-
I could have sworn this thread was locked 2 minutes ago.... Personally, I reckon our decent players have already been scouted out; a decent performance against ManYoo isnt going to make a difference to them going or not.
-
Neither Stern or Rasiak's record is that bad. Seems like you are desperate to find justification for off-loading them.
-
Who is talking about "usurping" ? Do the maths, FFS. Our attendance has been 17,000 or less ALL SEASON, about 5,000 to ManYoo and the ground holds 32,500. And ST holders (the "omnipotent ones") get the chance to have their usual seat. Have just just finished a particularly heavy roast dinner or something ? Mental powers not what they are usually ?
-
Really ? I dont feel backed into a corner, though I'd feel pretty stupid about calling fellow fans "plastic" when I am fully aware how desperate for the money the club I claim to love is....
-
First of all, it hasnt happened yet. Unless the club does the usual database history check, I find it much more likely the ground will be as equally filled by ManYoo fans from Surrey sneaking in to the home areas as fairweather Saints fans. And I reckon the club wont refer to the database because they will want to ensure the ground is full. I keeping reading that the clubs financial survival is paramount; therefore the hypocrisy charge should be trivia. But lo and behold, suddenly its as important....
-
I agree completely. There is no down-side to this draw at all. The club wins. It's just a f**king shame certain individuals feel it is cause to score Brownie points about who is a real fan or not.
-
Since when are they mutually exclusive ?
