The second scenario you describe is better than the first. However, I would argue we are NOT doing that at the moment. Stern John has been poorly used so is unfit and demotivated, Skacel's continued absence is ridiculous, and Perry's absence against QPR is baffling. I'll put down the absences of Thomas, Euell and Killer to injury. We are actually playing inexperienced kids at every opportunity that presents itself, and it aint going to work.
