I moan about the club, not fellow posters expressing their opinion.
-
It's called balancing the pros and cons as things stand, and what we know, now. I feel sorry for you if you think everyone should be happy-clappy and toe the party line over every little fart of info that emerges from the club. Why dont you quit with the whining ?
-
Presumably this is why Davies has been sold and Surman is soon to leave.
-
Would be a good move for us, but this appears to fly-in-the-face of what we are being told about the club finances. I would suspect we are being told porky-pies if this were to go through, however good a move it is.
-
Surely his wages would be too high ?
-
Now that's more like it !!! Pity the press couldnt keep their gobs shut until tomorrow. Hope no-one hijacks it.
-
Big ASSumption from you there - I dont. I continually defend the club when he criticises. Sorry to piiss on your bonfire... Amazing that certain individuals of limited intellect cannot grasp the fact that although some may be viewed as negative, they are clearly as equally passionate about the club as the happy-clappers...

I seem to recall you saying it would happen on Monday.

He's had sod-all to do with our main strengths, rowing, cycling and sailing.
-
And now Rupey, of course............
-
Thanks for the summary. I feel somewhat mollified by this, I have to say, but let's see words back by actions. Maybe Rupert's got other ideas from JP............
-
From all I have read about him, he seems more like the replacement for Ali Dia........
-
Fine. But never let it be said I am the only one that bangs on about a subject. However, I note that the biggest culprit, SOG, is still too tight-fisted to part with a fiver.

Jesus, and I get accused of being repetitive and boring........

It's a peer-pressure/insecurity thing. A friend of my mums used to do fostering back in the 80s. She once told me EVERY boy she fostered was a Liverpool fan.

Since the European Championship all I've been getting from my 7 year-old, who has ever Saints home kit for the last 3 cycles, and has been to SMS many times, is that "Saints are shiiit, I'm going to support Manyoo from now on because Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney are so good". I've told him he either supports Saints, or his local team here FC Austria Kaernten (he was born out here anyway), or he's been to his last game.......

The role of Dave Jones (not the Cardiff one) in all this mess

Really ? I though 'ole Rupey makes a big point about collective decision making ?? He certainly did where re-employing Hoddle was concerned. Or was that a lie ??? LOL LOL, LOL and LOL again  -
Please explain to me how my intial take on the situation can be interpreted as me not wanting SFC to sign new players. As you well know, john, any players that do come in will be of inferior quality to those leaving, anyway.
-
He's going to find that a challenge with no money for fees or wages. Or are we being lied to about the depth of the financial crisis ? This is just spin to make us shut up. Probably means Surmans departure will be announced before the weekend.

Who would be your next offload to reduce the wage bill if required?

I prefer MOSFETs myself. No mis-matches in current mirrors.. -

If SFC/SLH are managing their interest payments, is the debt not being serviced ??? -
The role of Dave Jones (not the Cardiff one) in all this mess

He should have been the one to reign in risks by Wilde and panic measures by Crouch. He may not have been the driver, but questions remain about his culpability. Is he present at the AGM, to answer questions about the year's financial results ? -

Not convinced, but willing to be corrected by someone ITK.
