The vast majority of managers in the Championship and below would want to come to Saints and manage the squad we are likely to have next season. That isn't going to be an issue.
-
Farke would probably do a decent enough job but I’d be curious to see if Rohl had a higher ceiling, personally. As it happens, I don’t think the former willing be sacked by Leeds, so it’s rather a moot point.

And was defeated by so-called ‘Russball’ on all three occasions when he faced it.

I’ve no idea what you even think those sentences mean.
-
You mean like we did in the first 14 minutes at home to Spurs?
-
I don't need to, I wrote it.

Why would you make up something like that? We spent over £10m each on Stewart and Charles last time, we'll clearly have the budget to bring in a handful of decent Championship players. If we sell AR, MF, THB and FD it'll be for significant money. Dibling could still fetch a decent price, even after a poor second half of the season.

I believe he's only contracted until 2026, so there seems little harm in letting him stick around to see if he might just get fit enough to score a few next year.

Jeez, it’s almost as if sacking two managers has gotten us absolutely nowhere.

Ipswich behind in the East Coast derby, looks like relegation being wrapped up today.

We did a net thing!

Perhaps we bought him from a scrap dealer for spares, so we can stick them on Ross Stewart.

Looks like Shedeur Sanders is going to be left un drafted, if we can find a role for him.

There's always one pussy who ends up using the safety word.

Have we come back around to, "I think therefore I am," again? Good oh.

Brevis top scored for Chennai today with 42 off 25.

For a second there my brain registered that as 'Vance', I thought the last thing that situation needs is him sticking his oar in.

Bit of a slow Friday is it?
-
Then we’ll provide zero hard, military assurance that they can’t regroup and try again for the rest of it, at a time which suits them, from their established military foothold.
-
And yet somehow the number of goals we conceded went up from 1.3 to 1.8 per game, in the 5 games after Bazunu got injured.
-
Kind of puts us on -1 without Ramsdale.

I'd just like to casually remind everyone that this absolute absurdity of a thread started with Yorkshire Saint innocently wishing everyone a merry Christmas in 2019.

Not much of an anecdote but I am apparently not too far related from John Sydenham.

He’s averaged 15 goals a season in the Championship over the last three years. In a similar period of time Armstrong has averaged 22. Aside to that, Archer has managed 18 goals in two half seasons on loan. BBD hasn’t had a great loan at the Blades but before that scored 22 and 14 in two full Championship seasons at Blackburn. Is there a particular reason you want Sargent, when on the face of it he’s weaker than three of our current options in the most important aspect of being a forward?
