Was looking at flights to Dubai in April too, some cracking prices out there. Emirates biz for £860 on one particular day, or less than £150 in cattle with BA. Cheapest I found was about £200 return but that was via Kiev.

Hi everyone, I’m planning a ski trip in the last week of January, if the lifts are open and we’re out of lockdown. That being the case, would you mind awfully sitting in the cupboard under the stairs until said week, so we can get the R number down a bit. Thanks a million.

People who say they’re, "ashamed to be from the UK," because of Brexit. Get a f**king grip, drama queens.
-
Such a Burnley goal to score.
-
Having the likes of Forster, Redmond, Armstrong, Diallo and Salisu on the bench is not, "painfully thin." I’m not sure what calibre of player you’re expecting to be backup for a club like Saints but that bench is as good as it’s been for a while. Even under Poch we had players like Kelvin, Fox, Hooiveld and Mayuka on the bench.

Since we’re doing adverts: Tesco - why you’d pick Fearne Cotton to do a voiceover when she’s the most gormless sounding halfwit out there, I’ve no idea. That ‘we are veggies’ song. Christ alive...

Freighters are going to be put off from coming here, as they can’t leave again after. Cue more panic buying and empty supermarkets as people buy enough pasta and bog rolls to make it to August.
-
Why would you wear white trainers with that suit? F**king tool.

Taking it in turns to do a line of Charlie off Priti’s stomach.

😂 If you can call pulling fighter jet levels of g-force for 2 hours in the heat and humidity of Singapore or Malaysia ‘sitting’ then sure, whatever. Don’t get me wrong, I know jockeys have to be fit and light but I wouldn’t put them in that bracket.
-
I don’t think I could vote for a snooker player, or a jockey personally. They just don’t scream ‘athletic prowess’ in the same way as any of the others.
-
I’d probably vote for Fury out of those 6.

Really wish Hamilton would take a page out of Rashford’s book and learn some genuine humility, rather than continuously telling everyone how humble he is.
-
I’ve always been happy with the idea of RB leaving, aged 32 and having given us the best 7 years of his career. Come summer Ings, Vest and Armstrong will be 29, Romeu 30, Long 34, Bertrand 32 and Walcott 32 if we keep him. I wouldn’t want too many players over 30 to start building up. Long and Bertrand would be the obvious candidates to let go first.

Go on Ralph, be brave and start N'Lundulu.

And again, you WANT to see racist abuse, you actively want it. As for the need for the message, how effective do you think a 'no to fights outside pubs' T-shirt campaign would be? Or a 'lets end murder' billboard campaign? Or putting 'no more nonces' leaflets through every letterbox?

Again, another statement which shows why progress will never be made. If your position on an issue is absolute and immobile, that everything wrong must be the other person’s fault, a compromise can never be reached.
-
You're ignoring the point, I wasn't talking about the players. You willingly made the statement that you're glad to see confrontation because you like seeing racists being upset. I would suggest that's not a very strong moral position and is contrary to wanting to fight any form of discrimination. To repeat the question above, how much longer until you agree with Duck and Wes that Brexit is an excellent idea?
-
So assuming that logic; how many more years of Lord duck and Weston calling and lefty, pinko, snowflake, woke remainer will it for you to agree that Brexit is a fantastic idea and you were wrong all along?
-
That’s exactly the kind of attitude which makes me think people don’t really want harmony and equality. If your attitude is to try and upset racists as much as possible, how on Earth can you expect to change their attitudes?
-
I've long thought this and yet it doesn't seem to be a thing anywhere. It can't be a difficult software process to simply hide the names and email addresses of an application before it's passed on to HR.
-
Now you see, THAT is the kind of issue I can get onboard with. There’s clearly a genuine issue in some places which we collectively need to address. That doesn’t just mean finger pointing and saying, "these companies are racist!" If there’s a reoccurring issue of ‘men from country X or region Y are more often rude to customers’ then that needs to be addressed in an open forum, without fear of persecution. Instead we’ve got the media droning on about hashtags, kneeling and someone calling a black man, "the black man."

I was doing deliveries in Tipner/Stamshaw the other day and holy sh*t is that place a dump. I think if I lived there I wouldn't want to leave my house anyway.
-
I think some people need to be a bit thicker skinned when it comes to media headlines. There are plenty out there praising our form and I’m willing to bet a trawl through the other 19 PL forums (and Pompeyonline no doubt) would yield a few grumbles about, "the media love in with Southampton." We have to accept that us being temporarily 3rd isn’t unprecedented or interesting.

Pep practically insists upon it.
