Ander's missus won it for me, back in the day. Pelle's doing alright for himself too.

https://www.netweather.tv/live-weather/radar I think I'll go and walk the dog now, it's going to get a bit 'Earth Song' this afternoon.

It won’t be a pretty game but ‘happy with a draw’ is aiming somewhat low IMO. Could go either way but a draw would be pretty ‘meh’ to me.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51510284 So... 5th could be a CL place now?

As daft as I find that, there’s a key difference. He’s not harming anyone else if that is indeed his belief.

Licka was a pretty decent midfield option in the Championship, I thought. I certainly wished we’d been able to keep hold of him in 2008 instead of playing the likes of Gillett, Euell and Gasmi in midfield.

He’s a good boy! Yes he is, he’s a good boy!

I really don't see why people make such daft, all encompassing statements. Well I do really, it backs up their view on things but the reality is there are thousands examples of moronic idiots and violent thugs all across the political spectrum. If you think it's only the right who resort to such unpleasantness, I suggest you're only looking for what you want to find. I saw plenty of tweets after the election, along the lines of, "I hope all the c**nts who voted for the Tories f**king die of cancer!" And other such appalling statements, usually followed by a declaration of selflessness and only wanting what's best for the country. Any politician is going to come with an entourage of shifty advisers, d*ckhead voters, sugar daddies with vested interests etc. etc. Let's not pretend any other party leader would give you a cuddle if you fell off your bike.

I thought you stopped being a knight as soon as you died, or am I thinking of some other seal of nobility?

The majority of points this season haven’t been scored by Liverpool, clearly they don’t deserve to win the league.

I reckon we need a new centre half more than Brum needs some fancy new trains. Just saying.

Get ready for 300% VAT on blue fabric in the next budget.

I agree, a minor annoyance of little consequence. The idea that some of the best defenders in the world can’t cope with a bloke who runs around a bit is ridiculous IMO.

Opposite way around, warmer air over cooler ground. It forms in different ways but away from the coast it is usually radiation fog, which forms on long, cool nights with little cloud cover and a wind of 2-8 knots. It’s down to the gap between the temperature and dew point. When the air cools to equal the DP, then fog forms. I don’t think climate change will affect it as such.

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

Not that I’m defending Christian sex offences in any way but I think there’s a general perception that these were carried out almost entirely by priests and not your day to day, man on the street Christians. Without knowing any stats, to me it seems like sexual predators exploiting their position of authority within the church to gain access to choir boys and those at religious boarding schools etc. -
I was trying to get into London once at a time which was just clipping the beginning of the evening rush hour. The plan was to park just outside London, at Iver I think it was, and get a short train in. When I looked at the trainline website, I got a price of £51 for a total of 23 minutes on 2 connecting trains. Absolute madness.

That would be Ralph who dropped him from the team for large parts of the season and only brought him back in because Adams and Obafemi can't score in a brothel either. Ings scores because Ings is a good player, not because Long is running around a lot. God help us if Ings gets injured next season and we have to make do with the other three for a few months.

On the subject of Schofield, they had some flat Earth fruitcake on This Morning, this morning. I think daytime TV must have officially run out of things to talk about if they’re giving these kinds of nutters airtime.

I can’t argue with you because all your perceptions seem to be based around Tommy Robinson and other right wing nutters you follow on social media. There is massive public criticism for white rapist, 1970s sex offenders, Johnson/Tories and the Catholic Church. If you can’t see that and think they’re all getting of Scott free because they aren’t Muslims, I can’t help you. -
Whilst I agree with it in principle I think money could be better invested in transport elsewhere. A decent new runway at SOU, replacing Bristol and Cardiff with the Severnside airport which was proposed a few years ago, improving the local railways up North and as Whitey said, a south coast motorway which avoids Chichester and goes all the way to Ashford.

No and nobody has ever said it is. Is that a conclusive enough answer because you seem determined to find ambiguity where there is none? There is a big difference, in mentality at least, between some sicko who commits rape, knowing it’s an abhorrent act but doesn’t care because he’s a violent sex offender and somebody who thinks women should be subservient to him and there is nothing morally wrong with marrying and having sex with a 13 year old girl. There’s no difference to the victim but the fact that somebody can rape a child and believe it’s socially acceptable is incomprehensible to me and needs to be stamped out. -
FFS really? When did the bar for strikers get so low that we’re offering a new contract to a 33 year old, three goal a season striker? I don’t buy this whole Ormerod/Beattie argument either. Ormerod was crap at this level and Beattie scored plenty of goals alongside Pahars, Davies and Phillips.

We've always known where the strongest wind were, roughly and the North Atlantic tracks are planned daily to take advantage of them. Westbound flights avoid it as much as possible, eastbound try and get right into the core of it. There are 5 oceanic paths published each day and flights are planned to best suit the winds for their route. If this kind of wind had been seen before, for such a widespread area of the North Atlantic, someone would have at least recorded a time close to the ones we saw yesterday. From what I've seen at least three aircraft beat last years record by nearly 20 minutes. A fourth aircraft into Gatwick was even faster than the one which made all the headlines but had to abandon it's approach and divert.

The record was set by an aircraft which has been in service since the late 1980s.
