TBF, they have got a decent sized Sainsbury's and a Cotswold Outdoor store.

People have their priorities messed up. Some random nobody typing racist insults on his keyboard is not more important than half the Brazilian rain-forest being on fire. There's an entire documentary series on TV about Jade Goody being the 'reality star who changed Britain' when really she's a complete non-entity, famous for being famous. If the people who wrote the tweets can be identified, they should be prosecuted. If not they should be ignored.

Honestly no. It's thoroughly unpleasant and a Police matter but it isn't really news. If anything it needs less media exposure as there are plenty of people who get off on how much they can offend and upset strangers on the internet.
-
What's your point? That there are racist people on the planet? It's the internet, there's an infinite supply of ill informed sh*te out there. There are people on twitter who think the Earth is flat and put more faith in a blog on mumsnet than a qualified doctor.

Excellent. I'll have a prawn bhuna and another Cobra please mate.

TBF 30 is in his prime really, it's not as if he's 38. Targett will get his chance, especially if they keep shipping goals and losing.

Agree, you have to look at the bigger picture, i.e. all the United, Spurs and City fans who were desperate for us not to win yesterday.
-
Palace look a bit crap.
-
Anybody know why he was left out yesterday?
-
Probably Mané against Villa. On the flip side we haven’t played anyone as crap as Newcastle yet. Let’s see some Adams in some easier fixtures.
-
We weren’t dreadful against Burnley, we were the better team for 60 minutes. They beat us because of individual errors, in terrible weather, at a ground where we never get a decent result. If they’d been all over us and bullied us for 90 minutes, I’d be more concerned. West Ham lost their first four last year and were fine. No reason we can’t match that.
-
If, with all our wage bill and squad limitations, we've just signed a player who isn't even in our top three centre halves, we really have learned nothing from the Reed era. I'd try him with JB and MY too.
-
I'd rather be us than Villa or Newcastle based on what's happened so far. Two defeats are always disappointing but I'd expect to lose against Liverpool and a sh*tty gale away to Burnley. We gave both a decent game and we'll get results eventually.

Please don't be sh*t Saints.

Aren’t Muslims traditionally buried within 24 hours of death? Sounds like a nightmare to organise but I’d have thought it’s been held already.

Must be injured. Decent enough team I think.

I think come 5pm this afternoon we'll all be begging for a 6 match ban.

I think any player should be able to play the basics of Ralph’s system. Having the fitness to be able to press as part of a team is a bare minimum IMO. You don’t even need pace to do it really, just good stamina and communication. 10 Hojbjergs and a ‘keeper could play the system, we need attackers with the ability to do something with the ball when we get it. I honestly think Long takes pressure off if anything. He gives possession away so cheaply, either through poor control or being offside.

Interesting word there. The last game he played 90 minutes of was away to West Ham last year. Yet another Saints performance where we really didn't trouble them all game and despite Long 'defending from the front' they managed to comfortably score three goals and keep a clean sheet. Football has moved on from the days when Big Sam telling you to 'put a shift in and let him know you're there' might have earned a result. 'keepers are doing Cruyff turns these days, everyone wants to play it out from the back. Long just runs around like a terrier whilst defenders and 'keepers play triangles around him. I don't know if you were at the Cardiff home game but he got nothing from that ref. and rightly so. When Sol Bamba has you in his pocket, you're in the wrong league.
-
I think Hazard could cause us a few problems tomorrow.
-
What? Long is about 5'10" and throws himself to the floor is a defender sneezes a bit too loud. I have no idea where this 'Long is a nuisance' myth comes from. He just runs around, that isn't scary for a competent PL defender. Long played in the 6-1 defeat at City and the defeat at Anfield, when they were 3-0 up at half time, in second gear.

Would only work if the club concern actually owned those facilities when they went bust. I don’t know if that’s the case with Bolton but if they do own their ground it would be sold off and the proceeds used to pay off whatever mortgage their is, with the remaining money going towards creditors. Generally when stuff like this happens the levels of debt are higher than the combined value of the assets, so there is nothing left to ‘gift’ to the fans.

Ings hasn't been great but he's still better than Long.

Both were depressurisation incidents and different to anything which may have happened to this aircraft. They weren’t high enough to get hypoxia. If they were incapacitated by carbon monoxide poisoning in the lead up to the accident it would be from some sort of engine malfunction, with exhaust gasses leaking into the cabin.

No, would encourage other clubs to gamble financially, knowing the League would bail them out. I’ve got a mate who’s a Bolton fan, beyond caring if he’s honest. They’ve been so badly run, it’s like a slapstick comedy which has run on 3 series too many.
