Ooooooooooh sometimes I get a good feeling

Fantastic! That's all I've got to say. Actually I've got more. How far has this club come whe. We've got 3 players in the England squad and we can still feel aggrieved that 3 more didn't make it.

Wanyama's spin move and other out of character footballing moments
Lighthouse replied to aussiesaint20's topic in The Saints
If it's the same one I'm thinking of it's 100% Cardiff. Definitely wasn't the Brum game at SMS that season because that was the 4-3 game when we got 3 goals in 6 minutes. -

Chris Baird likewise in a game against Cardiff. Bale was lining up the FK and nobody expected Baird to shoot instead. Won goal of the season I think. -
I think there are definitely a few squad players who deserve a run out and chance to put themselves in the hat for the first team. Our second string isn't exactly weak, I think we should have a bit of faith in them. Davis Chambers Yoshida Hooiveld Fox Cork Wanyama Gaston Tadders Isgrove JRod Wouldn't give Victor and JRod 90 mins either if it can be helped.

I want to post on here more but I don't trust Spudders. He tried to lure me into his gingerbread house.

To be fair, we did forgive Kelvin after his howler against QPR when that dead bloke scored against him. Think he had another in the same season where a daisy cutter roller through his legs. Both were much worse than what Boruc did yesterday. The criticism Kelvin gets is based largely on his faults, rather than isolated incidents. I wouldnt mind the odd howler if he commanded the box as well as Artur and didn't get beaten at the near post so regularly.

If we beat all the teams in the bottom half we'd have 60 points before we'd even played the top teams. Everyone drops points against teams beneath them in the table. We beat Swansea, Palace, West Brom and Fulham, all teams typically around or below us so it's not like we alway cock it up. A draw at Stoke is neither here nor there, Champions League teams will go to the Britannia and draw this season.

Can't blame Boruc, it was a complete freak incident. Neither keeper managed to get a goal kick across the half way line kicking into wind, it was that strong. It wasn't like Begovic's kick bobbled along the ground either, it was still well airborne when it went it. Had a monster tailwind behind it.

Ive just bought a can of deodorant and the instructions say 'twist cap and push up bottom.' It hurts a bit but my farts smell great.

Is fish sex keeping people awake in Hampshire?
Lighthouse replied to Polaroid Saint's topic in The Muppet Show
I had sex with a fish once but it didn't wake the fish up. I hope this information is of some use. -
Just landed at Bristol Airport. 5mph winds but very strong at higher altitude. ****ing it down, wind forecast to get worse over night.

Anyone named their pet with a Saints related name?

No pets but I have a cactus called Rudi Skacel. -
I was looking around PC World the other day and it turns out LCD and plasma TVs are pretty much obsolete these days. The speed of modern technology.

Truly excellent and professional performance. Built a 2-0 goal cushion then kept the ball, no Hollywood stuff chasing 4 or 5 nil even if we could have scored more. I can't pick a bad performance. I'd say they were all excellent with the possible exception of Boruc who had bugger all to do for the most part. Even so he had a safe pair of hands and his distribution looked decent. Fulham for their part were awful. Their strikers looked lazy, the midfield didn't support and their entire team ethic just looked disjointed and lacking any real plan. Berbatov may well be class on his day but I wouldn't want him anywhere near our squad. Just looks like he couldn't give a f**k half the time. I am now faced with something of an oxymoron. Looking forward to a trip to Stoke.

I would have bashed one off if that shot for JRod had gone in.
-
Was very helpful of Fulham not to turn up for the first half. Hopefully they don't bother with the second either.

I'll start with pandas. What's the f**king point.

If Dzagoev can play consistently at the level he did in last years Euros he will be awesome. If.

Silly Lighthouse & his bold Angel Delight claim!

It's all gone now. -
Eric Djemba Djemba played for Man Utd and David Nugent played for England. I think it just shows how average both Man Utd and England are at the moment that Young gets a game for either. I wouldn't take him personally, I don't think he's that good.
