Lovely 1st half abysmal 2nd. Slightly concerning how they seemed to be bullied by direct play.
-
Also love the way we run at teams with the ball after so long of ponderous possession.
-
Birmingham are above us in the table and we should have scored 7/8. We also got to rest 2 key players for last 20 minutes, ahead of Tuesdays game.
-
how good is scienza. Armstrong must love him, he’s going to help him to some goal tally On the positive side, we should have scored 7/8 but for goodgoalkeeping/poor finishing the negative we could have conceded 1/2 more ultra negative, can that be aribo’s last appearance. Lucky not to get sent off

Yep hate that they’ve done that. Also having 3 hosts counted as pot one teams skews the groups, though if either wales or N.I make it they will enjoy being in that Canada one. -
Thought they were going to scrap a creditable drawer only to concede that last second shocker. aribo sub killed us. He just can’t play that position when we were struggling to get out with a dynamic player like Robinson.
-
Aribo has been utterly awful
-
Very scrappy first half. We’ve struggled to work the ball out consistently. When we have, we’ve caused them problems. while Robinson has been ok, we have missed scienza.

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Amazed the markets reacted as well as they did to the budget. A budget that was politically expedient(at quieting Labour unrest) in spending lots now but back loading taxation(that's apparently going to kick around the time of the next election. I definitely expect Reeves to be back with more tax next year, especially as there's the massive SEND iceberg on the horizon that i doubt they have much will to tackle. -

So lots of near-term borrowing and a promise of future fiscal restraint(from a govt that has shown zero ability to do so). -
I would love a downs goal.

Only thing that annoyed was commentators saying still was unlucky. The way tonda has us playing is night and day different to the fraud.
-
Or more likely still was incompetent
-
Professional 2nd half. Hopefully saved energy for midweek.
-
Baz very lucky there

Stephens is on 11(leaburn) when the ball was played in. Not sure if he's zonally meant to push past him and challenge Jones, or if there was a breakdown on who was suppoosed to have Jones.
-
maybe 9 is unambitious let's go for 10
-
we want 9
-
Guess it's Tonda's job. Nice to see some proper coaching seeming to have happened in the international break compared to when the fraud was in charge.
-
That summed up the softness of that team. Played pretty effective direct football in first half and were 1 nil up against 10 men. Then might as well stayed in the changing rooms in the 2nd half.
-
Honestly i think at the start he tried too hard not to alienate the players. Think he would have been better served from moment 1 just being this is how we're playing, get on board or you won't play.

So now running scared of an increase in income tax. Becoming a trend of them being brave sir robin, after welfare and winter fuel allowance. Very curious to see how they are going to plug black hole without it. -

I’m very much a fan of hybrid working However, There’s definitely pros to some days working in the office (from networking, cohesion, less than ideal home working environments, training/supporting more junior staff. -

From a party that's struggled to complete any sort of cut comes yet more spending it seems.
