  1. Just got back to the car on Harrow after a beer in the oak. Great day, great performance great result. Took my nephew who has converttled from Arsenal to Saints this season. Said to him not to expect this every year.....or should we? I live this club.
  2. There were a few boos, but not sure whether it was for him or just a coincidence
  3. Same for me, but managed to watch motd
  4. I couldn't. Kept waking up for fear of over sleeping. COYR!

  8. yes and no. Im a mortgage consultant, and some lenders are more sticklers to the rules than others and if you've had a mortgage in the past, even if you've been discharged, you're still classed as NOT being a FTB. regardless - it's still a cr@p initiative IMO
  9. not really. A FTB is someone who is just that - a first time buyer and has never owned a property in the past. Cant find anything other than Wiki, but: A first-time buyer (FTB) is a term used in the British and Irish property markets, and in other countries, for a potential house buyer who has not previously owned a property. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First-time_buyer
  10. How the hell are the Govt going to police the 'FTB' element of the Stamp Duty reduction? Crazy if you ask me - it should be a cover all reduction
  11. Christ, if an outsider were to read that, which they obviously will, it will look like NC is a complete c*nt - which IMO he's not. He's out spoken, business like, professional, driven, successful, challenging - yes. But he's also the boss and he can, no, should expect that of his staff too. Good. Have we under achieved this season? Maybe. Maybe not. Depends on what criteria you wish to use to define 'under achievement'. For me - no, we haven't under achieved. I expected us to be upper mid table this season and that appears to be where we are heading. I did NOT expect us to be in a cup final (because that's what it is) and so for me - im delighted at what we've achieved this season, and cant wait for next season when we WILL be challenging for the title. So IMO it's right for a manager (of any business) to have a reality check now and again to keep you on your toes and keep wanting to do better. Long may it continue.
  12. a very hypothetical question here, but IF we continue our form, and Charlton / A N Other continues their downward form and we make the play offs - and win our tie - how many tickets would we get for the play off final?
  13. As the chancellor prepares to talk us through (potentially) the first budget of the year, what do we think he will announce? It's been suggested that he will scrap Stamp Duty >£250,000 - happy days. £0.03 on fuel - not so good
  14. for no other reason other than it's grrrrrrrrrrrreat:
  15. Oi - that's my line
  16. COLCHESTER BRENTFORD Possession Colchester 49% Brentford 51% Attempts on target Colchester 8 Brentford 6 Attempts off target Colchester 6 Brentford 3 Corners Colchester 8 Brentford 3 Fouls Colchester 9 Brentford 11
  17. 2122: Not the most pleasant of atmospheres in east London now, and I can't say you can really blame the home fans. Chants of "You're Getting Sacked in the Morning" coming in thick and fast.
  18. HAHAHA hang on.... i see what you did there.....
