The fact that you are ordering in advance of going to the bar, is that they SHOULD be able to pre-select/pour your food/drink order so SHOULD reduce wait time there, too.That is how I see it, and how I'd manage it, anyway.

Its a great idea, IMO. If you know you're going to go for a beer or 2 at half time, what is wrong with pre-ordering before the game.
