I agree with the above we have come a long way since three years. The issues being discussed are all valid; our manager is not up to the Prem IMO and the defense needs drastic help. Getting behind the team is the key and look at the gap between relegation and safety; I think it is 4 points !!!!

I was a big fan of Dan Harding, not always the best but was usually the most passionate and put in loads of effort.

I believe (and so do many others) that we have a problem NOW and maybe the only way to address it is in the January Transfer Window, but how much money is available for NA or someone ?? Is NA the right man? I think that he is. Do we need a Director of Footbal (has that ever worked for anyone) Do we need to free up Lallana to play like he was last year; make Davis the skipper. Is the time right to bring Kelvin back, he must be chomping at the bit and I still think he is our best keeper. Should be play Jay and Lambo together up front (I think so) Are we fed up with Guly yet (I am) What time is dinner today !!!!!

At the risk of being controversial (again) I think that AL is without doubt one of the best and most loyal players ever to wear the shirt of SFC; I think that his game has been affected this year by being made Skipper and I think that it makes sense to relieve him of the duty and let him play his own game that we all know he is so good at, Question is who would we have as Skipper??

I dont think AL needs a kick anywhere, he just needs to not be captain and concentrate on the game as he has done,
