That last note was not said in the interview I watched though. (Saints player) The question was if all players on international duty were ready to travel and there was no problem for Gaston in that regard. It´s not impossible though that he had a slight knock that kept him out of the 18 man squad yesterday but that it´s nothing that keeps him from playing a few days later. Just a thought.

One thing though. With our system our fullbacks often get exposed and the thing is that they need speed which both Clyne and Shaw has but Fox doesn´t. When he dont have the speed needed he wants to back off so he wont be overrun 1-on-1 with the winger. That results that he´s got the wrong position so opponents can exploit the ball between Fox and the CB with the winger cuting in behind. Not his fault he aint got the necessary speed but on the other hand, what kind of quality do people expect from a backup left back. Look around the league and you wont see that much quality in that position (though probably better than Fox, but that doesn´t tell the whole story, does it...)

Can´t see changing the team too much for that one, hopefully Shaw for Fox but otherwise I´d expect the same if everyone´s fit. Ramirez on the bench and available if we go behind. I actually hope the knock keeps him out of the national teams games now so he can stay and get some good workouts instead, even if it´s on the bike...
