I happen to think you are very wrong, I know body builders who do 3 hours in/break and then another, you think just an hour a day would get them into the shape they are in?

I play football once a week sometimes two, walk the dog for an hour everyday, ride my bike 15-20 miles a week, not much but enough for me, odd weight session as have gym in garage, just cut out the **** but make sure to have one bad meal a week as a reward, dont punish yourself, Christ some people do this so they live longer, all they are doing is prolonging an agonizing life. Do whats fun for you but a little bit healthy, it should be fun not hell on earth.
