  1. She seems to have plenty all round.
  2. Juventus have been told that if they do not withdraw from the ESL they will be expelled from Serie A.
  3. With the SNP being the largest party in Scotland, and the demographics of England favouring the Tories, there is zero incentive to change it.
  4. Plenty of thick southerners, many on this forum.
  5. Exactly; Northern, working class, educated at the local comprehensive, not University educated, shop floor union representative.
  6. Arsenal to relegate BFS ?
  7. In both senses of the word ?
  8. Boris and the Tories need to be allowed time to run their course. It's too soon after Brexit to evaluate it's true impact, and Covid is providing a convenient smokescreen behind which Boris' clown act can be obscured. It might need to be the election after the next before Labour get sufficient traction to fully turn things around.
  9. Guess that means I'm not a 'leftie' any more.
  10. Now Charlton score, Skates down a place.
  11. Started Brett Ormergod on his footballing career.
  12. Perhaps some credit should go to the goalkeeper.
  13. Not a response directly aimed at you, but prompted by your comments; Adding together the various opinions on players, who to keep, who to move on, which expiring contracts to let lapse, loanees to be overlooked, and players to be "cashed in" on, the list of those heading for the exit seems to be at the least; Minamino, Walcott, Bertrand, Vestergaard, Bednarek. Adams, Redmond, Forster, Gunn, McCarthy, Jankewitz, Ings, Stephens, Lemina I think it is just as well, considering the financial climate, that this forum isn't in control of the club's recruitment and retention policy.
  14. Theo's return was a good story for the media, but he has produced very little end product for an experienced former international player. Compare his performances to Minamino's; are they really that much better ?
  15. Your cousin's mate's father-in-law's dog walker is Lord Duckhunter ?
  16. Just goes to show how many 'racists and loons' there are 😉
  17. 3 months on from leaving the EU, in a constituency that voted 70% "Leave" in the referendum, at a time of crisis, with the Covid vaccination program in full swing and when going against the Government is almost unthinkable, Labour were never going to win.
  18. When either side lose it is never their fault.
  19. Not exactly a surprise, the Tories would probably have won Hartlepool in 2019 but for the Brexit party.
  20. I think our bubble has well and truly burst.
  21. Springfield
  22. Not sure how it works these days, but many, many, years ago there was a TV documentary about the then top flight referee David Ellerey, and before one match the camera caught him telling a linesman "when the ball goes out for a throw in I'll indicate to you which way to flag".
