  1. No, he got exactly what he always plans for, a 0-0 "win".
  2. Won't happen.
  3. How did N'Diaye not get booked ?
  4. What is there to say that hasn't already been said ?
  5. Have any of our corners and attacking free kicks even found a saints player ?
  6. MoPe seems set to acheive his preferred 0-0.
  7. Nah, their agents will just advise them to put in written transfer requests, as they are too good to play in the Championship.
  8. Guess that rules out the car park north of the stadium on Stadium Way.
  9. Leptons
  10. None of them as bad as this though http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43187129
  11. Ever the optimist !
  12. No it wasn't a 'great match', but when did we last produce any sort of decent performance ? What do you see in the squad, and the manager's game plans, that makes you think they are capable of emulating our past end-of-season heroics ? ( And I remember Saints being the first 'third' team to go down, in 1974, so hardly a JCL ).
  13. More importantly now is a list of the 'winnable' games we have got left.
  14. We were extremely lucky today, and other then beating an appalling WBA team have shown very little to suggest we merit even being labelled as 'competent'. I "beleive" that the team is in the position that it's collective performances deserve, that the manager is completely out of his depth, and that the Board have left it far too long to replace him because they are not willing to lose face.
  15. Sims and Gabbiadini showed more commitment and effort in their cameos than the rest of the team did in 90 minutes.
  16. The Alan Ball approach - a GK, Le Tiss, and 9 players to do the running round. ............................. McCarthy, Cedric, Killer, Yoshida, Bertrand, Wanyama, Lemina, Le Tissier, Tadic, Mane, Gabbiadini ( as he was when he started ). Potch to manage.
  17. I would settle for losing a semi final and staying in the Prem, and I first went to the Dell in 1969.
  18. Well that wasn't in the script. ( Mrs B is not a happy bunny ).
  19. Isn't the 'security of a free state' the job of the US military ? Wouldn't you think that the amount of money they spend on their armed forces overrides any continuing need for the Second Amendment ?
  20. Well it seems The Donald has decided what to do - he is advocating addressing the 'difficult problems of mental health'.
  21. I don't disagree that there are areas where people have cashed in on the house price bubble, and have subsequently distorted the local economies of 'desirable' locations. But to generalise that entire generations are involved is a gross distortion. ( And, btw, my wife is retired teacher, and the only people who will benefit from the increased value of our house will be our children once we are dead and gone ).
  22. Hopefully we haven't got our own version of the Oystons.
  23. If he got it right he wouldn't even need to change his first name or many of the letters in his surname.
  24. If it was down to me, as either of those two, he would have gone after the Leicester game. Unfortunately the 'real' Ralph and Les have backed themselves into a corner, and I suspect that Mr Gao is going to have to be the one to pull the trigger.
