He states his disappointment in not winning the game and mentions those two chances from Mane...is he dissing our own player? also, just seen the mitrovic tackle again. not as bad as it appeared yesterday IMO

As others have said, Pelle was very good leading the line now and then, he does little to challenge for the ball when it is up in the air but he was a constant problem for their defence, scored a fantastic header and moved a fair bit across the front that made space for Mane and others

I think 'Adz' is not going to be first choice this season. Coutinho most certainly is, you would think Frimino will be. Liverpool looked far more solid and fluid when Emre Can came in to the middle of the park. oh well, im sure he loves it up there. Doing Nivea adverts and such like

I think our passing and general play will sharpen up a fair bit for this one. No travelling, home and players a bit more fresh compared to the newcastle game clasie back in the squad I should imagine and hopefully, VvD too I would start Long ahead of Rodriguez. Maybe even get JWP or Reed in the middle. we seem to allow teams more possession in front of our back 4 at the mo. could even move Yoshida to LB and bring Caulker in.
