Martin Samuel p*sses in our pool again.....
Unbelievable Jeff replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
I think the issue is that he see's what happened in the Summer as a strategy by the board which couldn't be further from the truth - it was an unfortunate set of circumstances that led to a mass exodus by some disloyal players. We will not see an exodus like that again IMHO, we may see one or two go a year, but that is due to our place in the pecking order - unless you are City every team is a selling club. -
If anyone needs rid of their tickets I am after a couple!
-
Your opinion was wrong. Fact. You didn't have the greatest of reps on this site anyway, but after this summer, well, I have started to pity you.
-
What I find funny is that with the vote on this likely to be so close, there are going to be A LOT of unhappy people either way,
-
So, can someone outline the potential issues this will cause the British IF they vote yes?
-
Same amount as Stoke. They're pretty hard.
-
Off to Menorca on Saturday, haven't been there since I was 11 (19 years ago now). How was it?
-
Don't disagree, must be pretty miserable place to live if you are poor (although being poor in ANY city would be pretty miserable).
-
It's a difficult one because although more people will be drawn to the capital to work, more people will be drawn to the country and the North to live, thus increasing the money spent in these areas and gentrifying some Midlands/Northern towns. I do agree there are better transport links needed all over mind.

Alex Hammond @skysportsalexh Blimey! Silk Sari impressive....tip one paced Surely he's got more important things on his plate than tweeting about horse racing?!
-
Which is why investments such as HS2 are well worth it for those North of the Watford Gap.
-
It was a little tongue-in-cheek, but the sentiment that I actually am not that bothered remains.
-
So how long until the North of England tries to up and leave then...
-
Surely their 'never knowingly undersold' spiel would have to take a back seat.

I love how everyone is quoting architecture as amazing parts of other cities - London has as much, if not more than any of these other cities. I think London is under-appreciated in that regard.
-
I'm tall with a good head of hair. Managed to shed some of the weight as well. I am a fine specimen at the moment actually.

RBS to pull out of Scotland if Scots vote 'Yes'. Personally I couldn't give a ****, only ever been to Scotland once, wasn't impressed, can't understand a lot of their accents and cost the restoration the union more than they're worth. Fingers crossed they vote 'yes'.
-
I'm not going to include British cities - but for me London is the greatest city on Earth if we are. In relation to Europe, Florence is stunning. Carcassone is also an amazing citadel.
-
Good news, looking to get a couple.

He'll fail with the Redskins as well. As a Colts fans I hope to make the Playoffs again. Be interesting to see if Nicks can reclaim his earlier career form and whether or not Wayne will comeback from his ACL injury well. Last nights game was unfortunate, but you can't give multiple chances like that to be Bronco's.

But they're not are they? I thought they were advertising one set of bottles in one area (without the free drink) for 3 for £5, and then ones on the promotional cardboard (the extra free bottles) for £2.09 each. If you couldn't differentiate between the products, or the extra free ones were placed above a 3 for £5 ticket then yes, you would have some sort of argument.
-
From a retail point of view they are two different products, products are identified by having a unique registered EAN, which are not identified by the retailer. The issue seems to be that the offer has not been applied to both EAN types. However, the tickets on the 'promotional' larger bottles say the price is £2.09. This is the price that is charged based on those bottles, and by taking those bottles up you are 'accepting' the contract to pay £2.09 per bottles. If you want to have a look at the SOGA to see what you can do then fine, but I really wouldn't bother if I were you.

I don't know what it is, share. Is it as bad as space docking?

How many more are big enough to apologise?
Unbelievable Jeff replied to corsacar saint's topic in The Saints
Yeah, I can see that, especially if you take it back to its literal roots, but instill believe in a bit of chivalry, and that to an extent in certain situations (insults etc) women should be afforded a little more respect. -

I think it's a different thing though, the vitriolic nature of the insults to Kat were different to those against Alpine which generally aren't as 'hate' induced. Couple that with her being a woman'n'all...
