The issue isn't about limitations its about ability and under Les our recruitment has been horrendous, our academy has dried up and any talent is being immediately sold (to Liverpool) let's not even mention the manager appointments and payoffs Let's not forget Les was assistant manager on a voluntary basis at Bishop's Stortford FC in the Conference South before Cortese gave him a job as youth development. he is out of his depths and needs to be put out of his/our misery

With Adkins/Mopo, Cortese and Mitchell we built amazing amazing momentum and feel good in/out of the club. The club was genuinely going somewhere and us fans were loving it. Beating the top 6, England internationals, good football, people were talking about Saints and neutrals loved us. It all went wrong once Cortese left.... Sure momentum carried us for a couple seasons but our destiny was obvious. Les Reed should never have got the job and together with Kat completely killed the squad the hope and most probably the next generation of fans. If this was Leslie's 5 year plan :mcinnes:

We play Liverpool September 22nd Remarkably that will mark 868 days since we last beat a top 6 side in the league!!! Not sure Y but got a sneaky feeling we will win this one *cheeky insurance bet just in case.

That can be an advantage! Look at Cortese.... Cortese came in with no knowledge but importantly no respect for the football "hierarchy" Les has been in football for along time, but he's won nothing EVER. One of the worst managers ever and failed as consultant at Charlton and Fulham. Not from me. I've been calling out Reed since day 1. Guy is a loser and always will be. Stickin a hockey coach besides him doesn't help much either. Hughes was never my no.1 choice but with Les Reed picking his replacement it's too much of a gamble.

Hughes isn't the problem here. Les and Ralph are and have been. Changing manager won't help. Would you really trust Les to get it right? 4th time lucky

In fairness it was a lot easier to involve a youngster in/around players we had 3-4 years ago. They complimented a strong and confident team. Just now we are struggling and introducing players just because they came through the youth system is not going to help them or us.

I have absolutely no issue with women in/around football. I'm sure we have a couple that post on here? Obviously suewhistle is a bad example as she can't seem to post about saints, but joined the merry little forum club that just posts (99%) about other forum posters (yawn) I know she annoys you Turkish but I wouldn't want all women "banned" just for one bad egg like suewhiste. I think some women love football and are as entitled to enjoy it as much as us lads. #lads #badegg

Be great if all these Redmond sympathisers could pop together a YouTube highlights reel of his best bits? I've obviously missed alot of the majestic stuff that "Henry" has been delivering this past 2 seasons. If possible keep the video below 30-40 minutes as I do have a short attention span
