  1. Because we signed players like Redmond!! What came first the chicken or the egg?
  2. You can have 70 awful games for Southampton, but show some promise in just one and you're suddenly being compared to Raheem Sterling
  3. We are lacking the big C Cortese #booom #momentumcurve #bunsen&beaker
  4. Saintsplayer is just radio right? The iptv talked about is more full sky tv subscription plus a number of overseas sports channels allowing ppl to watch most saints ganes live.
  5. Seems like the independent reviewers are also "prejudice".... https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1284756/Live/England-Premier-League-2018-2019-Everton-Southampton
  6. Not sayin Sims is good enough, just saying that Redmond ain't much cop either. Sims performance/debut vs Everton was probably better than any performance I've seen from Redmond
  7. So the same people getting upset with Hughes being critiqued after 11 games are happy to sign off Big Besty after just one game CBs at SFC are a little bit ****..... I couldn't rate them 1-5 as genuinely think they are all equally average/poor (excludes Big V as too early to review.... As always I will give it 10 games minimum) In Les we trust
  8. Redmond averages an assist every 15 games.... #Justsayin
  9. He's had more chances than most and no doubt he'll continue to frustrate saints fans. He's a constant moaner and his passing and decision making is sometimes very poor. In the Premier league he averages a goal ever 10 games and an assist every 15 games, that's pretty poor especially when you consider his more forward role in recent years. When he gets the ball I never expect much good to come from it. On that respect he's very consistent Hope he can improve but expecting more of the same.
  10. Gao has zero knowledge, Ralph is a hockey coach and Les is Les. Blind leading the blind leading the blind.
  11. You could make it up and he has. Hughes has managed us for 17 games now, not 2. Hes also managed 7 clubs over the last 19 years so reasonable that some would be able to have an opinion on him I know opinions are over rated on here but you could give it a try.
  12. Good luck JS. Go smash it
  13. His 20% win ratio concerns me As does our league form generally. 3 wins in last 28
  14. Filters down I guess. Pure arrogance from top to bottom. 9.2 bull**** from Bunsen & Beaker and fans blind to how utter **** we are. Living on Cortese past glories
  15. Oh wow did they really move the other thread to the Muppet show? What is it with Saints fans and our reluctance to discuss how utter **** we are? 3 league wins in 28 and we are expected to stay super positive?
  16. We have just 3 league wins in the last 28 games. Leicester have 5 wins in the last 24. 2 pretty rank form teams. 1-1
  17. When the solution is Yoshida
  18. If I had a 20% win ratio I'd start making excuses too
  19. I think we do year on year off mate 2016/17 Players fault (not Puel) 2017/18 Pellegrino fault (not players) 2018/19 Players fault (not Hughes)
  20. Everton have simply outclassed us today, too fast n too strong and 2-1 probably did flatter us. Better 2nd half but Everton completely dominated after we scored. A predictable but disappointing day. Defense (CBs especially) absolutely horrible
  21. This CB pairing would struggle in league 1
  22. Never thought id say this, but need to get the ball more to Redmond.
  23. Ings coulda had a few today, horrible feeling Everton have another gear here.
  24. Hughes is not solely to blame, he's working with a very average squad + a management team (as we saw at the fans forum) that lacks charisma and talent. We have a mix of failed and struggling players, failed managers and failed club management + our hockey coach running things. Recipe for disaster
  25. Current league table looks worryingly familiar
