We'll end up with a situation opppsite to the one Townsend and others desire - clubs too scared to employ black managers because of the fuss sacking them causes. Constantly banging on about colour creates divisions not harmony. I suppose Chris Hughton will be sacked next...hold on.... he won't!! He's doing a good job with Brighton and that's all that matters to a club. Not the colour of the manager's skin!

Considering he's new to the Premier League and already matching Clyne's stats, just think what he'll be like after a full season. Imperative that he stays fit. Comes across as quite a humble, intelligent bloke too.

Great first half, and lovely goals but I don't know where that second half performance came from. Just bizarre! I wonder if we came out thinking it was already won and had our complacency hats on. Thought we'd come out and get at least another 2 goals to improve our GD. Vic, I thought, was poor. Seems to be at half battery power and hasn't looked great for a while imo. Down to 10 and I'd forgotten he'd gone off. I felt proud in the first half, embarrassed in the second. Three points and I should be cracking open a beer, instead it feels like we lost. Weird game. Can we have a 6-0 rout next game please?

Strangely enough, we haven't missed Vic since we went off imo.
