Personally I think we should sell him. But I think the board will keep him for the season and sell him next summer, I think the intention from the board was for him to stay for the season after making him stay put last summer.

All season he has been playing out of form players, forster, redmond, tadic, long etc. And he has been playing the same system which clearly isn't working and he has shown he is unwilling to change it because like puel he is to stubborn. Starting long yesterday who hasn't scored for 9 months, and leaving the two most likely players who will get a goal for us in gabbi and austin on the bench was a horrific decision, I'll give him one more game to try and sort it out, but if we lose to Everton he has to go

We have two options now. Firstly, we sell him asap and move on, use every penny we get from him to reinvest in the squad. Second option is, we let him rot in the reserves for being a whiny little b**ch, personally I like the second option more as it will show the board won't take any crap from him. Why do people want to offload Austin? He was our top scorer last season and had he not got injured he would of scored at least 15 goals, if he stays fit he will be a major asset to our team

Hes good going forward and provides pace down the right flank, but no where near as good defensively sadly, we neeto invest in a new RB this summer, that's one position we've been lacking in all season

we just need to stick with the same back 4 so they have a better understanding; cedric, fonte, van dijk, bertrand (when fit) constantly rotating, playing yoshida at RB etc is not working

if spider doesn't leave this transfer window, he almost certainly will in jan, think were just delaying the inevitable.. however it will be good to hold onto him for at least half the season as he will be such an important player
