Chelsea is a billion pound team so wasn't expecting a result. Still, tonight was just sad. After okish performances vs Liverpool and Brighton, we again lose the plot by making the same mistakes again and again. What is being done on the training ground? In all other industries, if you don't perform for months on end, you get the sack. No matter what you achieved previously. No idea if another manager would want to take on our lot but something has to give. Felt sorry for the attending fans...

Was at the game on Sunday and irrespective of all the other things, really enjoyed watching Fernandes and Dibbling (and Tall Paul). Hope they both have a blinder tonight and get rewarded for their effort. Don't expect much from tonight... starting X1 too defensive for me... switch one the full backs for SAA or Sulemana and let's give it a go. A draw isn't much use but let's hope for that at least: so 2-2 Archer & Fernandes.

Poor referee. Abject second half... No game plan when leading, bad subs. Any decent candidate to replace RM? Need someone that can mold our lot into a defensive unit.

Better than Monday, sadly still not good enough... I liked the KWP / Manning double act on Saka, was needed. Felt the team was better balanced, subs did ok and Archer's goal was a little cracker. 2 goals from weak and unnecessary turnovers (and so many hospital passes)... that's the killer. This season back was always going to be so tough...They have to keep working hard..

that's another depressing night... bringing back memories from 2 years ago. Kinda liked the championship nights a lot more. Hard not to be angry and negative... RM is living dangerously... Feel sorry for away supporters... hope the club pays for their taxies home.

8/10 For a newly promoted team without petro dollar backing, have to be impressed by the first team squad we've built with plenty of investment in the women and academy teams as well as the stadium / day match experience. 👍 Argument could be made for missing a leading CF (Archer has real potential and we still have Ross to bed in ) and a bit of a bloated first team squad (at least until the Turkey transfer window closes). From the media snippets I've seen, the mood at the club feels vibrant and engaged whilst us fans seem pretty happy for now. Just need some results on the pitch, starting this afternoon. COYS

I assume having lost Stu 😞 and maybe not being able to get Brooks back, we needed someone with a bit of creativity as well as PL experience on the right flank / attacking mid. Lallana wouldn't have been my first choice but why not. One year contract with a probable pathway to the coaching setup for one of our most decorated academy players doesn't seem too leftfield a choice by the management team. RM is no fool and likely recognises the need for a few older heads to support him next season. The guy seems genuinely invested in the club and probably sees the opportunity to redeem himself for his less than elegant exit. Help us stay up and as Master Sergeant Farell said: Battle is the Great Redeemer.

Very strange not to be up in arms about something or stressed out because a 2 goal deficit. Rather comfortable ... I'd expect us to score a couple more, ring out the changes by the 60th mins Lovely... 🙂

Maybe not at our absolute best but not far off. Got to appreciate the effort of the team, a couple of great goals and a fantastic save. This team is honest, hard working and, it seems, getting smarter. Special mention to Stu... has been for many years and remains a class act. Great start to the weekend...COYS
