Watching Saints under Puel was awful most of the time in the end it just petered out with no goals being scored . Watching Saints under Ralph is going the same way at the moment , so bad I couldn't watch the Villa game .

I mean that the players have been instructed to play in a certain way which seems to involve playing safe , sideways and back etc rather than risking going forward at pace. Players out of position , playing a system that they don’t seem to have much faith in . Driving the fans to despair , rarely scoring goals . Not having settled team , pointing the finger at the players when we lose again.

Angers won 0-1 at the W/E I thought Boufal had scored but he got a 2nd yellow at the end of the match 😄 , the match was highlighted as a Nice player was sent off in the first minute .

I think because the Prem matches are spread over 3 or 4 days usually if say Fri & Sat are pp then they would claim unfair as it would leave Sun/mon teams without the same fixture congestion later etc . They prob thought it was easier / fairer to pp the whole weekend and not get VAR involved ! They are prob now sweating on when the funeral will be etc.

M25 seems to be getting worse since covid especially jt 5-7 and jt 10 -14 , we used to go jt 10 , Guidlford then A31 to cut across via Alton etc which was pretty quiet , then a bit of M3 and the slow bit was to get to West Quay area to park . We used to use Cineworld for parking until they started charging with 4hr limit so used the main shopping multi story at West Quay for £5 before covid. The all lane running from jt10 has now been put on hoid re safety issues so not much will change . We have to allow 3 hours to go the 90 miles to Heathrow to make sure we don't miss the plane !!!!

A few years ago they put the whole pitch relaying process on the website , major operation if all the sub soil has to go as well . Once turf down they have special (UV?)lamps across thepitch at intervals to make it grow etc

It's not that Che missed an open goal more that he hasn't got the technique to head a ball , the second one that hit the bar seemed to come off the side of his head . Perhaps it is an eyesight thing or he stops looking at the ball because he closes his eyes ????
