But he is a centre half Russell? Stephens has been playing ok but this isn't about how good he is, it's about how him playing in this made up role has totally unbalanced the side. For me Aribo should be in the side every week. Overall he is a much better player than Smallbone.

Football is all about what you do in both boxes. We can't defend and we waste far too many chances when we get them. Martin is more concerned about how we play rather than just getting the job done.
