  1. Heh, your transfer is still hit and miss.........oh sounds like a scouts report on your game
  2. Well the most important people on the night missed. You wouldnt make Paperatzi if you missed the celebs everytime
  3. yes and L1 gates and admission prices. The clubs revenue will be cut of the tv monies lost , matchday revenue , shop revenue and advertising revenue. We need the cull just to offset that let alone paying the staff. The wage bill is said to be in the region of 500k a month now, so we lose 100k by players leaving that still leaves us with an enormous amount to pay out on L1 revenes.Mandaric backed Leicester to the tune of 10m last season, we wont have that luxury.
  4. So if they save the club will you come back and apologise to them for that abuse? if they mess up then perhaps you will be correct but sometimes I wonder why they bother. I alos notice your join date.
  5. as it was in focus gave us the clue....only kidding you did a great job and most appreciated although no action shots of the managers huh
  6. You may be right. Why not give us the negatives when he fails.Te difference between Pinnalce and MJ is that one is still there.
  7. it may be good from the outside but we dont see the figures.Add to that the club was losing £ms a year and so that is not so good.
  8. Fry has a#### about for a couple of weeks, at first he gave me confidence but as he loses the bidders he is risking our club.Yes we all have laid down be rogered because we accept he has to get the best he can for the creditors but it is now getting to a stage where his life is very easy and we are eating out of his hand.At the same time he is potentially shafting us of our club, is it time for fans to let him know that we are not going to be happy if he lets us go?
  9. Can i add like the Pinnacle bid i was told that MLT would back any offer that saves the club. Not putting words in his mouth, perhaps theGaffer can ask him for us and confirm.
  10. I have a similar opinion and hope some of the more powerful hitters on here also agree. I hope as you have been happy to add your support that some of the others who have been on theo ther side of the fence feel able to join behind MJ as well. Of course if he fails to deliver it will be hard to justify it, but 1 thing the administration has proved, Frost/Davies/Fulthorpe/Cousins/Salz/Souness were never really there or not able to deliver. Im not going to congratulate Mj until it is confirmed that his consortium has done the job. Then there will be a list of people who have stayed out of the public eye who unselfishly have tried to save/save us
  11. apart from your lack of rating KD you do have a decnt sense of humour DT
  12. My understanding was that te stadium was apart from the club years ago not a recent thing.
  13. No they folded as it was their legal requirement to.As soon as they started bouncing cheques as the bank had wirthdrawn suppport it was over.I dont think LC would have or should have paid for us in that situation. He would effectivily be giving money to RL etc and rightly he would never do so.
  14. Would you put some fences on the roof to stop all the balls being lost?
  15. I assume nobody wants to be associated with this at a time when many jobs are going etc.Elections will be coming up and for every saints fan in favour there will be 5 couldnt care and dont want to think they are paying for it, however much it stacks up
  16. im not expereinced enough to know that,
  17. sadly not the case, i put elsewhere i had spoken to someone who does large events and the stadium is valuble as a concert and conference centre etc.
  18. but it is a waste. You dont skip a wheel chair after it is used. There is no valid excuse as far as Im concerned. The £4000 that will be used on the next one and the next one etc etc could be used elsewhere. It is not an atack on the health service but an attack on waste. As for saving on administration well.....
  19. That is a concern.Although the rates bill is pretty high.About £1m I think
  20. No it increases if we dont come out of administration with a CVA. If HMRC are not paid up in full they will not agree to us having a CVA and so the league will give us another -15. we do not need to be liquidated for the extra points to be deducted.
  21. not to buy a football club that may well have -25 points to start the season, and then almost assured relegation to L2. What gates/revenue can you factor in for that?
  22. I thought it was mildly amusing DT hence my earlier reply
  23. BTF I am appalled at those and any others who are holding onto their privilages. They should be forced to resign in shame immediately. There is no excuse at all. They are snakes and sadly seem to be above the law and HMRC
  24. I will point you to the example I gave from my own famillioes experience. My cousin was dying from cancer.A week before she died a stairlift was installed. It was used once to take her downstairs to go to the hospice.A week after her death it was taken out and thrown in a skip. Her husband was very upset as he said she died of cancer not leprosy. It is a standard estate house in Lordswood that are built by the thousands. That is waste of thousands of £'s and that is just her.i spoke to an aquaintence and she works for a housing association and says that is commonplace. Then she went on to to tell me about a custom bath for invalids put in for a cost of 30 k that was never used but ripped out and skipped as they decided to do it differently.
