Tend to agree. We’re in all likelihood getting relegated this season, it’s such a big ask to stay up nowadays. Let’s see how we go, we’ll lose a lot more than we win so need to stick with them. Also, this lot seem a much more likeable bunch than we’ve had for a while and they seem ‘together’ so hopefully that may count for something.

Which bodes the question, where on earth will he go? Could we genuinely end up in a situation where he goes for free at the end of the season? Because he’s never going to sign even a one year extension to get us some money, because no one wants him seemingly in his current contract situation.

Wouldn’t fork out £15m for KWP though..
