Yeah I agree we need a few experienced heads in the team Especially for the spine. The type of players that have a bit of grit and steel and don't fold like deckchairs in a rainstorm once the pressure is on... I concur our mentality is weak. What is the actual deal with our coaching setup? All I can see is we have a few " Jobs for the boys " types..... Why haven't we addressed this and adjust got in some experienced coaching heads?
