Dazzled I agree that line up looks ok I would be tempted to get Romeu back in the mix though. Why hasn't Che Adams on the bench for Arsenal? Is he a write off already?

I think we are not going down that is a overaction..... It's Arsenal away ffs! we have easier games and with the likes of Djenepo back we will kick on!

Thoughts overall I think we were the better team and should of been more clinical. Arsenal were there for the taking! Spirited performance however we failed to capitalize on chances which in the end cost us the points. That Mattéo Guendouzi is a good player exactly the type of player we need. Great vision, passing ability and not afraid to run with the ball. Wasn't he signed from French lower league?

For me I would do the following: Try and sell Mohamed Elyounoussi to Celtic for 10 million. Sell Cedric get as much as we can for him. Sell a centre back not sure which one. If we can get rid of anyone else like Lemina Brucey bonus! Or Fraser F Signings: Joakim Mæhle For Cedric. A New left back cover for Bertrand ( Maybe raid the championship for a young player ) New Centre back we need somebody who can slot right in is a leader and has experience. Central Midfield that can actually pass and create and link up play. We are crying out for creativity! Those would be my priorities! And if we have any money left over stick a bid in for that Bowen Lad at Hull two seasons now has done pretty good......

Keep it simple flat back 4 play the players in correct positions..... Two strikers up top and start Boufal and Djenepo....

Terrible kit not surprised it's discounted you would have to be an absolute bell to buy it full price.....or wear it in general one of the worst Saints kits in recent times that's for sure.

My lineup thoughts?

Ings, Djenepo, Boufal, Sometimes Redmond Wouldn't care less if we sold the rest and rebuilt..... Can't we call up some of our younger players and give them a run out? like Slattery anyone else good with potential? what about that Robise lad.... Failing that sack Ralph bring in Fat Sam sign Giroud in Jan and play hoof ball least we will stay up focus on getting the ball into the target man...... boring way of doing things but needs must....

Shoot me down I'd take Adkins or big Sam right now least they could set the team up properly.....

Personally I think we should just go go for the best younger / British talent the championship and lower league has to offer with the odd one or two experienced signings to lead...

Armstrong at right back..... I think we knew the outcome before a ball was even kicked... Ralph needs to realize we are not Lepzig and currently do not have the talent to play similar style football.. Either Ralph stops being stubborn and takes it back to basics with a flat back 4 and two attackers and actually play players in correct postions. Or quite frankly he can do one...... Get Big Sam in steady the ship he might even get us midtable.....
