Do as the guy above says, or if you are feeling really extreme, move house and stick with virgin media, I've just done this and they gave me a ****ing massive discount for sticking with them.

Fair enough you've heard a rumour from a friend, you might even trust this friends advice. But Jesus Christ, you've gotta be a bit stupid to believe he'd come to Saints. Hope they come through on their "near HD quality video" as the current set up looks ghastly when full screen. Do think the service is great other than that though.
