Master Bates Posted 29 June, 2009 Share Posted 29 June, 2009 (edited) Says the Echo, but they'll wait for Pinnacle. Glasgow_Saint Posted 29 June, 2009 Share Posted 29 June, 2009 If we go in together ' date=' we could be the 5th Group[/quote'] Lets do it! Let’s also call ourselves the 'Russian Consortium', this will add extra spice to our bid. I'm good for about 2k so will need you to foot the rest of the cash. If our bid is successful Myself and Mike will do our best to bring John Barnes to the club as player-manager. Much love

lordswoodsaints Posted 29 June, 2009 Share Posted 29 June, 2009 Why are they all waiting for pinnacle, they have had their exclusivity period so surely it's dog eat dog now? If they have a strong enough bid then they should dive in......or is mr fry preventing them for some reason,is there something he's not telling us? If it goes to the wire, at the eleventh hour, Fry ... IF he's serious about selling Saints, will have to accept ANY bid that is offered .... and, I doubt if an eleventh hour 59 minute bid would be anywhere near the alledged £14M Very Dangerous War Games IMHO ...... but feasible
