We deserved the 10 point penalty: morally if nothing else....why should we have been treated any differently from other sides that have gone into Administration?

The club was alsonot done any favours with interviews given after we went into Administration.

don't see the link between morals of banking difficulties of a struggling plc meaning a sporting team should be penalised.

Morally my rs. This is sport and that nessacary evil business. You play by the rules not morals and the rules said the club had to go into admin and we didn't. Simples.

If you want to talk fairness instead of morals, what is fair about Stockports penalty for the same crime?

The issue was not the 10 points, it was our right to appeal. And I definitely, categorically heard Mawhinnet say that of course we had a right of appeal. That is the bit that sticks in the craw. Even for a Tory politician his about face was staggering

I think the FL did us a favour, we should be grateful that we did not get bought by Pinnnacle.

I was thinking the same myself Dalek.

Pinnacle looked good but when you scratched beneath the surface I think it was clear that all was not as it should be.

Fry alluded to it again today too, as if he was happy in his own mind that this was an all round better package than what Pinnacle appeared to to be.
