Season ticket renewals online - woes

Anyone else tried to renew online this morning.

I get to the last screen and click "Buy" and I get an alert box up saying

"1 validation error(s) occurred. Admissions: Customer must have a value"

but all the fields on the screen have been completed??!

I work in the software industry so I know how easy it is to create bugs - but you would have thought they would have tested this before today

I get "invalid login password". Yet I'm in-putting the correct details.
Have you tried the option to get a reminder of the password? It is case sensitive by the way. For me it all went very smoothly apart from the all important last step. Great website - no contact details at all to report problems. Liebherr out !! :-)

Yes, I've tried. I get a box saying the usename and password don't match; yet they are all I have to offer.

Sounds like there's a drop down where you need to select your customer number. Though it might just be the system crashing.

I'm going in person, to find out if they're doing the monthly finance thing and cos I'm going on holiday and moving house in the next 3 weeks and don't want my ST to go into the ether.

No - that is already defaulted in when you log on. It already knows your customer number, season ticket, renewal price etc. In fact it is pretty slick apart from the important bit.

Can you renew mine while you are there ;-) I am on crutches and I am bloody useless at the moment. I'll pay you back - honest.

I'm not doing mine, a combination of expenditure hitting this month (which is one of the reasons I always did March Madness) means I'm going to see if a staggered payment is possible. Already forked out for 3 "one-off" payments this month.

Neither do I. There is some advert at the top. I tried logging in as usual and it didn1t recognise me. I have registered but am still getting nowhere. Prabably best to wait until after the rush.
LOL - I don't think the rush has much to do with it. This won't be fixed until a programmer sorts out his crap code - and I am talking from experience. You should be able to log in though. Are using using your 7 digit account number for your user name - that is the one to use (for example, mine is 10001xx).

It is misleading I know, but some people are confusing logging in to the OS as the same as logging in to the online ticket system - but they are two different things. From the main OS you can find the online ticket site from the "Tickets" link or (as I posted above) you can just go directly to https://tickets.saintsfc.co.uk/SFC_Online/login.asp

You then log in with your Customer account number (once you have registered).

patience!! we've waited a long time for this moment. there will be plenty of seats to go round...!!
What has patience got to do with it? If the online method is the only one you have access to, and it doesn't work, then having patience is not going to help - especially if it is not resolved by the time the renewal period expires (31st July).

It will be resolved - dont panic.

I know it's frustrating, though.

could you not do it over the phone or are you abroad?

keeps coming up invalid login user!! What do I do. i have already registered again and it is pi##ing me off
The user name and password for the ticketing system are completely different to the user name and password for the OS. Once you have registered, the user name will be your 7 digit account number. Is that what you are using?

Hi Mark

We wont be doing a direct debit scheme this year. The details should be on the website (and I will chase these again), but what we can offer is 20% up front, followed by 4 installments on the 1st of each month using a debit/credit card.

Hope this helps

David

Hi David,

is it possible to pay for Season Tickets by DD again over 6 months like you could previously?

Thanks,

Mark

I have now tried the recover password bit and then that comes back with unable to match
It usually does that when it doesn't have any registration information for your customer number. When did you register for online ticketing?
