70's Mike Posted 10 July, 2009 Share Posted 10 July, 2009 Have to say how impressed i have been today with Dave Luker and Sarah Wallace(Senior Ops Administrator) who have both replied to e-mails quickly regarding Season Tickets and Car Parking. Sarah even phoned me to enable to renew my Car Parking at Hansons Yard opposite SMS before i go on holiday. All we need to do is get it right on the pitch and , for the first time in 5 years, the future could be great

Katalinic Posted 10 July, 2009 Share Posted 10 July, 2009 I have always had a good experience in any dealings I have had with the Ticket Office and David Luker in particular. Despite the various debacles going on around them on and off the pitch over the past fews years the Ticket Office have consistently shown how things should be done and made me feel valued as a customer. Lets hope the rest of the club is sorted out from top to bottom.
Islander Posted 10 July, 2009 Share Posted 10 July, 2009 I expect they all have a new lease of life now, after all they didn't know they would still have a job until 2 days ago. Pleased for them .

Wes Tender Posted 10 July, 2009 Share Posted 10 July, 2009 I remember going to the ticket office at the very end of the season when it was certain that we were relegated and going into administration. Dave was just sat at his desk with his head in his hands, looking a broken man. I suspect that like most of us he is now somebody with a broad grin on his face and a spring in his step once more. I'm pleased for him, as he has always struck me as a decent bloke.

I've been talking to the young lads who do the football training in my Son's school (they are Saints employees) and the change has been wonderful. From the brink of losing their jobs to euphoria. Seems there's nothing but good news all round! Oh! Forgot about GM
