S-Clarke Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 I'd imagine that if we've started talking re: gillett, we've also started talking figures re: Stock. I cannot imagine gillett going to doncaster without Stock coming the other way.

Glasgow_Saint Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 Could have been a decent player for us in L1! If the guy is getting good reports for Donny in the CCC why couldnt AP have utilised him in L1? Good luck Simon! Enjoy the CCC.

I cannot imagine gillett going to doncaster without Stock coming the other way. Not completely sure about that, as Doncaster had said it was just down to personal terms with Gillett? But I must admit that the fact they now have Oster for the rest of the season and have suddenly started talking to Gillett again, certainly gives that impression? Leicestersaint Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 Dont think he will be missed http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/d/doncaster/8470845.stm Well we might not miss him but I will not be at all surprised if he does very well elsewhere. Watch this space. So many saints 'discards' have gone on to do very well at other clubs.
St Landrew Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 Hopefully he has now found a club where he will actually play a game. He's been with Saints since 2000, and has actually played 31 times for us [i looked that bit up]. But he's already played 11 times for Donny while on loan. Good luck to him. I am hoping that the silence re Stock is significant! saints seem to do things the right way now, so I am forever hopeful!
derry Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 Now that Schnedierlin is out for three matches either we will have to use him or buy somebody quickly.
markr27 Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 On Saturday, we may need him in midfield if Wotton has to drop back to centre back!
SFC Forever Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 On Saturday, we may need him in midfield if Wotton has to drop back to centre back! why would Wotton drop back? My fear for Saturday is that we have left nothing in the tank for Ipswich.
markr27 Posted 20 January, 2010 Share Posted 20 January, 2010 It's going to be him or Lloyd James, as we have a central defender shortage. Chris Perry and Wayne Thomas are the only two available.
