Saint_clark Posted 2 February, 2010 Share Posted 2 February, 2010 You don't say "Come On Saints" and "semi-colon close brackets" after every sentence in real life do you? That may be why it took you so long.

Nexstar Posted 2 February, 2010 Share Posted 2 February, 2010 Either do it online or go down there. There will obviously be long queues when booking as next week has 2 of our biggest games since the play-offs.

La BoIS Saint Posted 2 February, 2010 Share Posted 2 February, 2010 ...although I cannot find a way of reserving my own seat online? Maybe just being thick. In online sales go to MyAccount then Season ticket renewals and cup matches on left hand side. Some odd choices there but that should work. LostBoys Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 In my accounts (for 2 season Tickets) it worked on 1 and I bought my seat but it would not appear on the other - cue unanswered phone calls then the seat appeared on the second account. Never mind.

Jez Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 Phoned up yesterday morning about 9.30 for MK Dons tickets, got through in less than 10 mins, the call was sorted in another 5, they found me easily on the database only via my full name as didn't have a customer number, and also gave the person I was going with a customer number, so will make it very easy buying tickets for the Pompey game now. Very happy with that service.
The Incongruous Monk Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 ...although I cannot find a way of reserving my own seat online? Maybe just being thick. Not thick, it can't be done. The system just selects the next available in the half-block requested. One of the main complaints people raised in the recent request for feedback. Saint Malc Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 I have 4 season tickets, one for me and 3 for the rest of the family. I bought the three family half season tickets in early December. After an hour on the phone yesterday they told me I couldn't have my two season tickets in block 8 as they were purchased at the same time as the season ticket in block 42 as they were linked and, as such, unavailable. Pathetic :-(
Redbul Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 (edited) ...although I cannot find a way of reserving my own seat online? Maybe just being thick. Yes you can, go to My Account and select Cup Match and Season Renewals. It's not that obvious, granted, but that's how you do it. Sorry, just noticed Le Bois Saint has already said this....oh well, doesn't heard and it helps spread the word!!!! Edited 3 February, 2010 by Redbul Being lazy arsed and not reading the whole thread. krissyboy31 Posted 3 February, 2010 Share Posted 3 February, 2010 Far simpler to go online, plus you are not charged a booking fee, just got my Portsmouth ticket and I am happy....... Yes but non ST holders are being told that we can not use that facility, even though I use it to book all my other tickets AND the selection for the Skate tickets is there!
