saintwiz Posted 2 March, 2011 Share Posted 2 March, 2011 Walker – rolled the years back with the type of assured performance that should have led him to play at a higher level years ago – and a stark contract to the keeper at the other end, who was a disaster waiting to happen. http://upthesaddlers.com/wp/archives/2011/03/02/walsall-vs-southampton-reaction/

beatlesaint Posted 2 March, 2011 Share Posted 2 March, 2011 interesting that opposing fans think the same way as I feel about Kelvin at present. he isnt filling me with the same confidence he did earlier in the season for sure.

I have to agree. His procrastinating on the ball is just ridiculous. Problem being, who do we get in?!

Jez Posted 2 March, 2011 Share Posted 2 March, 2011 "Smith – Made all the right tactical decisions, including one I couldn’t imagine Hutchings making. When they pushed the dangerous Jaidi up front towards the end, he reorganised, took Macken off and sent on Smith to mark him." If only we had pushed Fonte up to centre midfield instead of putting Jaidi upfront, I think we would have snatched a draw.

Jaidi was really unlucky with a brilliant volley which just went wide after being pushed up front.
John Boy Saint Posted 2 March, 2011 Share Posted 2 March, 2011 Jaidi was really unlucky with a brilliant volley which just went wide after being pushed up front. It that had been on target and half the Walsall squad were stood on the line they would have all ended up in the back of the net along with the ball. :-)
