Jimmy_D Posted 23 May, 2011 Share Posted 23 May, 2011 There's another one around now that hooks into about a dozen different things in the registry (including the shell, in effect windows itself) so it still loads up even in safe mode. My cousin got it, I ended up having to manually hunt through the registry to get rid of the hooks so I could then get MalwareBytes going to finish it off. That was fun!
