davefoggy Posted 27 October, 2008 Share Posted 27 October, 2008 can't believe its come down to this again, really thought we had got rid of the c**t the first time. since his return he has been worse than ever in his decision making..................." I know, lets loan out all our best players and watch attendances fall match on match at SMS and get ourselves relegated...again" Genius! I will be there tomorrow night, not that i am looking forward to it. I think the "Rupert Out" campaign has to start in earnest tomorrow night before its too late. I think us fans have been patient enough this season, time to let them know how we feel. By the way, i feel sorry for JP as he is clearly not picking the team

rocknrollman no2 Posted 27 October, 2008 Share Posted 27 October, 2008 The first thing that will happen is the Northam will get behind the team and sing supportive Saints songs. But if we go a goal, then two down,i think it will go either two ways. As there wont be that many fans there, maybe those there will just be so fed up and will either sit with their heads in their hands and maybe leave early,or because we are now down to the hardcore, the anti Lowe songs will be sung longer and louder. Hopefully it will be the second.

Lucky you Wes , my 2 sons (20and 14) cannot be bother anymore , after a wasted trip to Swansea the eldest is not coming home from Uni for the first time in 3 years for a game and the other one is goin bowling with his mates. I don't know what but its time all like minded Saints fans got together and made SFC a very uncomfortable place for Lowe and the lapdog. Unfortunatly , ever time you step into SMS you are re enforcing to Rupert that his decisions are correct. The only way to send a message is to stay away from SMS , Rupert is not for turning on this one , he will use "the lunatic Fringe" to his element , saying that it only affects the team performance, these are youngsters and its destroying thier confidence ect ect..you will play right in to his hands by vocally abusing him in the ground. When Rupert knows that so few are interested in his brand / product only then will any change occur..IMO

Endlessly **** matches, performances even worse than before, horrible atmosphere, and Lowe replaced by a complete mess of a board who contributed more to our current ****ty plight than just about anyone else. You ****ing morons. Seriously please shut the **** up you nobhead...... The club suffered badly before the fans started to show their anger at the board. We suffered a relegation and were looking at another one. What would you have people do just sit on their arse, watch the team put in gutless performances despite the fans trying to support them, then give a smile to Lowe in the Royal box as you walk out happy about the loss and some bright players sold? That is not reality. People have a right to be unhappy and have a right to show their support for the club and the way it has been treated, supporting the club does not mean supporting the regime. The fans have been excellent at this club. If things are going really badly and were 0-10 in the 1st half i still bet you the vast majority will wait till full time before starting any anti-board chants. Even an uncle of mine (in his late 80's) reckons Lowe "is bad news for the Saints". I don't know what but its time all like minded Saints fans got together and made SFC a very uncomfortable place for Lowe and the lapdog. Like minded? You mean these morons have minds? I see nothing to be gained by jeering anyone at the game. Leave it for half time and then again after final whistle. Nothing to be gained by sending negative vibes while play is in progress. But i guess the "like minded" people will not get this, or understand it or maybe even care about the effects on the team. All Rupert will do is smile the smug grin and quaff more champagne and laugh at the little people. Lets get behind the team. Then give Rupert some stick after. I think maybe "like minded" should be replaced with "bloody minded" For what its worth im not a Lowe fan, hes made some huge errors, tried some interesting things and had some sucesses and failures. Lowe even had to get a PR firm to post on his behalf on S4E! i think you will find that, like me a lot of fans dont really care about who is in charge,we are only concerned about the football.some fans are letting their hatred of one man ruin their enjoyment of watching their team and i refuse to let this happen to me. the football may not be great but i have to have hope that things will eventually come good otherwise i might as well join the stay aways and give up and if i do that then not only will the club lose my support and money but also the support of my 4 kids, the future of the club. i will always keep my side of the bargain, but the club doesnt always keep theirs, something which happens at the majority of the clubs in the country and always has done.this is just another low point in our history,we have had them before and we will have them again, but between those low points will be high points and this is what supporting a team is all about imo. you always hope for better things for your club, even if you support the best team in the world but the reality is things are not always rosy even for the biggest, best or richest clubs in the world. SaintRobbie Posted 28 October, 2008 Share Posted 28 October, 2008 'Swing Lowe...swing Rupert Lowe.... swing him from the Itchen bridge Swing Lowe... swing Rupert Lowe.... swing him from the Itchen bridge.' All time irony favourite of mine that one. For those fans who say don't sing until the end or sing at half time because we need to support the team - you usually have my wholehearted support. However, I fully endorse the fact that as the children under their babysitter Portaloo are likely to lose by 3 goals to a team that is not better man for man but has a manager who knows what he's on, abuse at Wilde and Lowe should start on the whistle and finish at the end whistle . Mole Posted 28 October, 2008 Share Posted 28 October, 2008 I think it would be beneficial to the cause to sing a few songs to "u-turn" Mike. Lowe revels in the attention, but as yet Wilde is untested. I really do think that Wilde won't be able to handle such a public display against him and therefore this weakness needs exploiting.
