SuperMikey Posted 19 December, 2013 Share Posted 19 December, 2013 Part of the roof/balcony collapses on the audience during a performance at the Apollo in the West End. Reports of casualties - rescue operation underway. F*cking horrible.

SNSUN Posted 19 December, 2013 Share Posted 19 December, 2013 Bloody hell. I know some of those buildings are old but you don't expect that. Just like you don't expect a helicopter landing on your head. Terrible news. (While this isn't a time for jokes, I'm sure "bringing the house down" will be mentioned a lot on Twitter tonight...) dubai_phil Posted 19 December, 2013 Share Posted 19 December, 2013 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-25458009 And I thought the Apollo was in Victoria? Appalling reporting of dreadful news.

whelk Posted 20 December, 2013 Share Posted 20 December, 2013 (edited) BBC reporters looked shocked there have been no fatalities what a bunch of over paid Goulls Ha just replied to you on another thread but clearly you have an agenda. Comical. Although good skills in interpreting so much from their facial expressions and knowing the cause. Were all the BBC reporters the same? Maybe they went on a training course where they had lavish refreshments that I as a licence payer am not happy about. tony13579 Posted 20 December, 2013 Share Posted 20 December, 2013 I love the way they are expecting an enquiry as to what happened... 100 year old ceilings occasionally let go.... They look fine, next thing they are on the floor. It may have been assisted by a leak or noise.
