Ticket app two factor PIN, no ticket details

Have Saints changed the ticket app. My son and I keep getting the logon prompt then get sent pin code to e mail. Enter pin but no tickets and no ticket history. Anyone got the same?

God know why we have the web site, the Saints app and the ticket app.

Just checked the ticket app on my phone and it's the same scenario. 

The main 'Southampton FC' app now has a My Tickets tab, claiming digital tickets will soon be hosted there. 

But seems odd to blow up the existing solution before implementing the replacement.

Yes the new and existing systems should run in parallel and cease tge existing once new is fully working with small amount of insignificant errors. Plus keep backup of data.

I may find I have 17 aways tomorrow and can get Pompey away ticket. Or a half session ticket or quarter season ticket.

It is incredible at this stage with the technology mature that something can be so bad. It is like they are making an effort to make it shit. My missus using Square Space could do better

I normally leave my Saints app logged in. 

Yesterday it forced me to log in and now the "past events" tab is not showing any of the matches that I've been to this season.

Got Coventry ticket showing in ticket app now. Didn't need the e mail PIN

They'll be paying an agency, probably peanuts, to essentially do just that. Its just a copy and paste template with a few bespoke integrations. 

Fairly certain the ticketing app is the exact same one used by UEFA for the last couple of euros.

I never look at my ticket app except about 2 minutes before entering the ground but was prompted to do so by this thread. I can only get into it through the pin route. Hope this doesn't result in massive queues today but might be an idea to get there a bit early!

Risky move. The one time I left it to the ground this season the lack of good service was an issue. Just give out physical tickets ffs!

Email history has. I haven’t checked anything else. A right faff today as we had to swap some tickets around.

All previous games and anything attended at St Mary's like signing session and penalty shoot-out gone.
