It seems out of character for you to give in to a handful of noisy “naysayers”, who made a deliberate point of posting on a thread they thought pointless. I enjoyed it, never once got a cryptic clue, but nevertheless thought it an entertaining thread.

It wasn’t a case of giving in. The CoT was offering a service to Saints fans but it was ruined by a few jealous, bitter individuals who couldn’t handle truth. It was envy on a scale never seen before. People show their true colours unfortunately the few ruined it for the many.

It was a nonsense look at me thread, full of obscure clues that only came to fruition after the event and the clues were moulded to fit the ending.

it seemed like a bunch of schoolboys talking behind their hands, it was entertaining and added a bit of humour but in no way was it an informative thread IMHO.

Anyway, I cant recall who was the main person on the thread but he stomped off in a huff as some questioned how accurate the info was. 

If it came back I would read it and enjoy any banter but not take it as real ITK stuff. We do have a couple on here who have posted good info but not for a while

I took it as an amusing thread, the members took themselves seriously and couldnt take it when they were questioned. Id love it to come back and enjoy the banter but the 'we know but not tell you what', is just a nonsense. IMO they knew very little apart from what they saw on social media, but it was fun and a loss as was always a go to when I looked on the site

Absolutely, alive and dead. Up until 100 years ago no one had ever had a warm shower. People alive today live better than Kings from 200 years ago. Just that fact alone makes your life more successful than billions of others. So no need to be bitter against those who know a bit more about the inner goings on at a championship football club than you do.

You can take it however you want too. However the members of the CoT did it for no gain for themselves whatsoever and were subject to abuse, ridicule, threatening PMs and even worse. Why would you continue to share things that doesn't benefit you at all when you are being abused?

The first pumped hot shower was patented in 1810 but the Romans and Greeks had gravity-fed showers around 500BC.

Good point, thank you. Interesting but the ITKs back in ancient Rome also used clues. This clue was Gladiator Maximus Calitamos was moving to Pompei to fight down there after being sold for 15 horses by Caesar Augustus and people say the CoT are cryptic.

The many hours spent completing that mosaic reminded very much of the intricate craft involved in the COT clues.
