Won't happen; he'll be long gone

Dream on. More the chance we won't play in this division for another 7 years.

End of the road for NA. I think we have to give a new bloke the opportunity in the games coming up. Haven't seen anything that would suggest Nigel won't blow it.

Starting to wonder the same. When he does complete a pass it is sideways, the rest of the time he's giving it away.

You predicted we would struggle this season? That hardly makes you Nostradamus does it?

I bet a lot of Derby fans were saying that after they went up "ahead of schedule." Not had a sniff since.

A bad day for us but, to be honest, it is going to pretty irrelevant unless we can get to an average of around 1 point per game.

I think we need to change things already. Having a look back at the last PL relegation season in November we played West Brom, Palace and Pompey at home and Norwich away and got only 5 points. Effectively we (Wigley) blew it at that point. We have a similar run around November and early December this time. Rather than considering whether NA's had enough time I think things should be driven by the upcoming fixtures....

Not sure about that one . More than a little revisionist.

Norwich, Reading and Swansea at home and QPR away all between 10 Nov and 8 Dec. The results against this lot will be critical in the final analysis just like when we had a similar run under Wigley at the same time 7 years ago. I don't know if NA will get the results we need.

The ironic thing is that we're not in the bottom 3 and unlikely to be after tomorrow's games.

Regardless of whether people think it should be I think something is going to happen. 23 conceded in just under 8 games....

I'll give you Reading & Norwich but I think, ultimately, we'll struggle for a third.

Yes. I think most of us suspected that he wanted a pay off so that he could play and not be out of pocket. If he was willing to tear up his contract nobody would stand in his way.

Or at least a stream, like all our games next season.

Back to Jay Rodriguez. I presume he has less time than most to sort himself out because he would be looking to be involved at the Olympics?

It's probably in his contract that he gets a rise following a promotion. One day the Pulis and Forecast stories will be told...

Can't see De Ridder starting. I think he'll give Guly the gig.

So to simplify if we draw they need to win by 3 goals and score 3 more goals than us in the process.

We're playing a team that have the weakest away record, are relegated and for whom the post relegation recriminations have started already. We couldn't have picked a better opponent....,

We're going to be on tv again.....

Let's be clear. If we don't do the business on Saturday it will be a monumental choke. Nothing less. Strongest home record in the division plays weakest away record

Big Fat Sam is battening down the hatches.

I was thinking that.

I'd forgotten that. I think Fuller went on a goal spree after being loaned out earlier in the season after he couldn't hit a cow's backside with a banjo for us.
