  1. I think it will. Realistically Plymouth will need to win their last two to have any hope. At least they won't be able to park the bus.
  2. Never really going to happen though, it would need 3 teams to blow up spectacularly
  3. Bit harsh. Even if they win today and we lose tomorrow it'll still be in our hands.
  4. Let's hope MK repeat what we did.
  5. We've got to be favourites for the two home games. If we don't win those we'll be in trouble but if we do I think things will take care of themselves. It only takes Huddersfield to lose one game and their maximum is 86. A points tally that is more than achievable for us.
  6. Considering what Adkins first walked in to I can't see any cause for complaint
  7. Going all wrong for Huddersfield. Penalty saved.
  8. Posh one up. Good news I reckon; makes the Huddersfield victory unlikely now. Hopefully they'll get an equaliser in injury time.
  9. Quite. It is just that public listed companies have a raft of other obligations.
  10. This shouldn't really come as a surprise. It has been clear that the club is living beyond the revenues it generates in league 1 and is heavily dependent on it's owner(s) whilst it remains there.
  11. Bristol Rovers will bring a fair few to their game here. I would imagine Hartlepool's will be even lower than their average (work next day/distance) and Walsall's will depend to a large degree on what they have riding on it.
  12. Tuesday is the day. Opinion is split amongst their fans and amongst our fans as to whether the five points or three games is better. If we win Tuesday nobody can argue that we're not in the box seat and, likewise, if we don't win it'll be difficult to argue that they're not in pole position.
  13. Just had a look. After the MK match they were six points in front of us with a game in hand. It is now 15 and we have a game in hand. So since then we have got 61 from 30 games and they have got 70 from 32. Granted he hasn't kept up but pretty close.
  14. Dag and Red and Brentford are the only games I'd make them clear favourites.
  15. I agree it is in our hands. Next two games are pivotal, if we win both the worst position we can be in is a point behind Posh and two behind Huddersfield with a couple in hand on both
  16. Well then... Would you rather 5 points or 3 games in hand? Working on the premise you'd certainly take 3 games rather than 1 point and certainly take 8 points rather than 3 games I would say 5 points is fractionally preferable to 3 games
  17. If Huddersfield don't win tomorrow I reckon 85 with the best goal difference will be enough.
  18. Paul Wotton is a lucky boy leading with the elbow apparently...
  19. Bank Holiday Monday 2 May is a possibility I suppose.
  20. Posh off and running already
  21. Huddersfield have had a bloke sent off
  22. Very disappointing. Colchester away is the last game we need at the moment.
  23. I can see only two matches in the whole of the football league postponed so far. Ours and Rotherham's game. Just like our match the Don Valley stadium is also used for Rugby.
  24. Some rough old pitches on there too. I wonder want Dagenham and Redbridge's will be like by Jan 3rd. It is shocking already.
