This is a big problem. If we can't get our most promising academy players to sign professional contracts with us, it raises some serious questions about the viability of us having an academy. It costs a fortune to maintain a category 1 academy and we've not been reaping many benefits these past few years. On another note, will we lose our category 1 academy status when we get relegated?

Getting worried we're not going to get a centre forward now. It was number one priority last summer and we failed to do it. If we don't get one this window, we'll suffer from all of the same issues we've had in the first half of this season.
