Pretty sure the tickets go on sale at 9am anyway, so... The solution though, is to request new password and not change it until after you've bought the tickets.

The other stupid thing, is that article mentions Customer ID at the start, then "Client ID" later on. My ST has 2 numbers on it, "Customer ID" (which IS the old ST/customer number) and "Membership No." which doesn't correspond to anything they've mentioned. I assume Customer ID and Client ID are the same thing, but seriously...
